A Abstrakanalisis kestabilan lereng terhadap potensi volume batubara di pit “xâ€,sumatera selatansuci maharani072002100013program studi sarjana teknik geologi,fakultas teknologi kebumian dan energi, universitas trisaktipenelitian ini menganalisis stabilitas lereng di pit “x†sumatera selatan, untuk menentukan desain lereng optimal yang memenuhi aspek keselamatan dan ekonomi tambang. penambangan batubara sangatlah dipengaruhi oleh keadaan di sekitarnya, terutama kestabilan lereng. kestabilan lereng dapat ditentukan melalui kondisi geoteknik daerah tersebut. faktor kestabilan lereng sendiri sangatlah penting, karena sangat memengaruhi tingkat keamanan dalam penambangan. penambangan batubara sangatlah dipengaruhi oleh keadaan di sekitarnya, terutama kestabilan lereng. kestabilan lereng dapat ditentukan melalui kondisi geoteknik daerah tersebut. faktor kestabilan lereng sendiri sangatlah penting, karena sangat memengaruhi tingkat keamanan dalam penambangan. analisis pada kestabilan lereng ini membagi lereng areal penambangan menjadi satu bagian. parameter dalam pengambilan data skripsi ini menggunakan sifat fisik, ucs (unconfined compressive strength), dan data direct shear test, yang terbagi atas data density, cohesion, dan friction angle. analisis pada lereng menggunakan aplikasi slide dengan metode bishop menghasilkan nilai fk dalam kondisi aktual untuk berbagai desain lereng dengan sudut 30, 45, dan 60 derajat. berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, dapat dilihat pengaruh longsor pada kestabilan lereng areal penambangan, sehingga diberikan rekomendasi desain pada lereng untuk memperbaiki tingkat fk pada areal penambangan pit “x†sumatera selatan, dengan sudut lereng 30 derajat sebagai desain yang direkomendasikan.kata kunci: faktor keamanan (fk); metode bishop; desain lereng optimal; stabilitas lereng
