P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Quality In Work Factors, Leadership Style dan Work Motivation terhadap Work Engagement dan Job Satisfaction serta efek mediasi Job Satisfaction. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif yang dirancang menggunakan uji hipotesis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data diperoleh sebanyak 170 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner google form yang diukur dengan menggunakan skala likert. Pengolahan data menggunakan software SPSS 25.0 dan SEM Amos 26.0. Unit analisis data merupakan individu yaitu karyawan Bank Central Asia di wilayah Jakarta Barat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Quality in Work Factors berpengaruh positif terhadap Work Engagement, Quality in Work Factors berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Satisfaction, Leadership Style berpengaruh positif terhadap Work Engagement, Leadership Style berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation berpengaruh positif terhadap Work Engagement, Work Motivation berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Satisfaction, Job satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap Work Engagement, Quality in Work Factors berpengaruh positif pada Work Engagement yang di mediasi oleh Job Satisfaction, Leadership Style berpengaruh positif pada Work Engagement yang di mediasi oleh Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation berpengaruh positif pada Work Engagement yang di mediasi oleh Job Satisfaction. Implikasi manajerial yaitu untuk mempertahankan Quality In Work Factors, Leadership Style dan Work Motivation karena terbukti dapat meningkatkan job Satisfaction dan Work engagement perusahaan dapat memberikan lingkungan kerja yang menarik, kreatif serta memberikan arahan dalam pekerjaan.

T This research aims to analyze the influence of Quality In Work Factors, Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Work Engagement and Job Satisfaction as well as the mediating effect of Job Satisfaction. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods designed using hypothesis testing. This research uses a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. Data collection obtained as many as 170 respondents. This research uses a Google Form questionnaire which is measured using a Likert scale. Data processing uses SPSS 25.0 and SEM Amos 26.0 software. The data analysis unit is an individual, namely an employee of Bank Central Asia in the West Jakarta area. The results of this research show that Quality in Work Factors has a positive effect on Work Engagement, Quality in Work Factors has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Leadership Style has a positive effect on Work Engagement, Leadership Style has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation has a positive effect on Work Engagement, Work Motivation has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Job satisfaction has a positive effect on Work Engagement, Quality in Work Factors has a positive effect on Work Engagement which is mediated by Job Satisfaction, Leadership Style has a positive effect on Work Engagement which is mediated by Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation has a positive effect on Work Engagement which is mediated by Job Satisfaction.Then, Job Satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of Quality In Work Factors, Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Work Engagement. The managerial implications are to maintain Quality In Work Factors, Leadership Style and Work Motivation because they have been proven to increase job satisfaction and work engagement. The company can provide an attractive, creative work environment and provide direction in work.
