E Empowering Leadership terhadap kesuksesan Lean Management pada PT Pacinesia Chemical Industry di Tangerang. Variabel bebas yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Transactional Leadership, Transformational Leadership, Directive Leadership dan Empowering Leadership, sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah Lean Management. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 200 karyawan yang diperoleh melalui rumus Slovin dari total 396 karyawan PT Pacinesia Chemical Industry. Penelitian ini menggunakan alatanalisis statistik deskriptif dan regresi berganda.Total nilai rata-rata statistikdeskriptif untuk Transactional Leadership sebesar 4.10, untuk TransformationalLeadership sebesar 4.11, untuk Directive Leadership 3.93, untuk EmpoweringLeadership sebesar 3.88, dan untuk Lean Management sebesar 4.07. Berdasarkanhasil pengujian, hipotesis Transactional Leadership berpengaruh positif terhadapLean Management dengan nilai estimate 0.886, Transformational Leadershipberpengaruh positif terhadap Lean Management dengan nilai estimate 0.703, danEmpowering Leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap Lean Management dengannilai estimate 0.305. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan untukmanajemen dan pimpinan perusahaan agar mampu mengambil keputusan yang tepat.

T This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Transactional Leadership, Transformational Leadership, Directive Leadership and EmpoweringLeadership on the success of Lean Management at PT Pacinesia Chemical Industryin Tangerang. The independent variables used in this study are Transactional Leadership, Transformational Leadership, Directive Leadership and EmpoweringLeadership, while the dependent variable is Lean Management. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample size of 200 employees obtained through the Slovin formula from a total of 396 employees of PT Pacinesia Chemical Industry. This study uses descriptive statistical analysis tools and multiple regression. The total average descriptive statistics for Transactional Leadership is4.10, for Transformational Leadership is 4.11, for Directive Leadership is 3.93, for Empowering Leadership is 3.88, and for Lean Management is 4.07. Based on the test results, the Transactional Leadership hypothesis has a positive effect on Lean Management with an estimated value of 0.886, Transformational Leadership has apositive effect on Lean Management with an estimated value of 0.703, and Empowering Leadership has a positive effect on Lean Management with theestimated value is 0.305. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for management and company leaders to be able to take the right decisions.
