K Knowledge is a factor associated with attitude in maintaining oral health. Thisresearch was conducted at the polytechnic students Kemenkes Palembang, use aLikert scale, with the test data using a computer device SPSS (Statistical Programfor Social Science) by Pearson Product Moment correlation test. Test validity andreiliabilitas on attitude questionnaire conducted during the first phase andsubmitted to the 30 respondents, contains 30 statements, so that statement valid30 with coefficient (r) is valid ranges from 0.382 to 0.579, while the valuesobtained from reliability test Cronbach Alpha = 0.910 which indicates thatrespondents' answers to the statements that are used to measure each concept isconsidered to be consistent and reliable measurement and reliable. Test dataanalysis performed on the second stage of the questionnaire results at 180samples with 35 knowledge questions and 30 attitude statements. The data wasanalyzed using Pearson correlation test. Based on the Pearson correlation test,the results showed that there was a positive relationship between attitude andknowledge, with Pearson correlation coefficient = 0.529 with a number ofsignificant (p-value) of 0.00 which means that relations between the two variablessignificant.
