P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Trust, Environmental Impact, Cost Saving, Utility, Satisfaction, eWOM, danPerceived Technological Innovativeness pada aplikasi layanan transportasi online. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni metode non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan kuesioner yang dibuat menggunakan google form yang disebarkan melalui media sosial kepada 207 responden sebagai sampel. Responden penelitian ini merupakan pengguna aplikasi layanan transportasi online. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Trust dan Cost Saving dapat meningkatkan Satisfaction konsumen layanan transportasi online dan dari kepuasan tersebut dapat berdampak positif pada eWOM. Peran Perceived Technological Innovativeness memoderasi hubungan Satis factiondan eWOM.

T This study aims to examine the effect of Trust, Environmental Impact, Cost Saving, Utility, Satisfaction, eWOM, and Perceived Technological Innovativeness on online transportation service applications. The sampling method used in this study is the non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. The instrument of this research is to use a questionnaire made using the Google form which is distributed via social media to 207 respondents as a sample. The respondents of this study are users of online transportation service applications. The results of this study prove that Trust and Cost Saving can increase consumer satisfaction in online transportation services and from this satisfaction can have a positive impact on eWOM. The role of Perceived Technological Innovativeness moderates the Satisfaction and eWOM relationship
