Pengaruh green human resource management, employees eco-frienddly behavior, dan green innovation terhadap environmental performance pada PT. Saung Berdikari Sentosa, Jakarta Utara
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Green Human Resource Management, Employees eco-friendly Behavior, Green Innovation terhadap Environmental Performance. Data dikumpulkan pada penelitian ini terdiri dari 136 karyawan pada PT. Saung Berdikari Sentosa. Pengambilan data yang dilakukan menggunakan metode sensus menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner. Dalam menganalisis penelitian ini menggunakan teknik uji instrumen berupa uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, serta pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi sedehana dengan SPSS versi 23.
T This study aims to analyze the effect of Green Human Resource Management, Employee eco-friendly Behavior, Green Innovation on Environmental Performance. The data collected in this study consisted of 136 employees at PT. Saung Independent Sentosa. Data collection was carried out using the census method using questionnaires. In analyzing this study using instrument test techniques in the form of validity testing, reliability testing, and hypothesis testing using simple regression with SPSS version 23. From the results of descriptive statistics, Green human resource management got a value of 4.13, Employee eco-friendly Behavior of 4.70, Green Innovation of 3.60 and Environmental Performance of 4.63. And the results of hypothesis testing indicate that Green Human Resource Management has a positive effect on Environmental Performance, Employee Environmentally Friendly Behavior has a positive effect on Environmental Performance, and Green Innovation has a positive effect on Environmental Performance. The conclusion of this study shows that PT. Saung Berdikari Sentosa provides all elements of Green human resource management properly to its employees, PT. Saung Berdikari Sentosa responded positively to the role of environmentally friendly employees. Behavior in the work environment, and the role of Green Innovation at Saung Berdikari Sentosa was responded positively by employees to make environmentally friendly innovations in making products or processes. Further research is expected to add other variables that affect Environmental Performance such as Green Organizational Culture Roscoe et al., (2019).Dari hasil statistik deskriptif Green human resource management mendapatkan nilai sebesar 4,13, Employees eco-friendly Behavior sebesar 4,70, Green Innovation sebesar 3,60 dan Environmental Performance sebesar 4,63. Dan hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Green human resource management berpengaruh positif terhadap Environmental Performance, Employees eco-friendly Behavior berpengaruh positif terhadap Environmental Performance, dan Green Innovation berpengaruh positif terhadap Environmental Performance. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini menunjukkan PT. Saung Berdikari Sentosa memberikan segala unsur Green human resource management dengan baik pada karyawannya, PT. Saung Berdikari Sentosa merespon positif peran Employees eco-friendly Behavior dalam lingkungan pekerjaan, dan peran Green Innovation pada Saung Berdikari Sentosa direspon positif oleh para karyawan untuk melakukan inovasi yang ramah lingkungan dalam membuat produk ataupun prosesnya. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan menambahkan variabel lain juga yang mempengaruhi Environmental Performance seperti Green Organisational Culture Roscoe et al., (2019).
