Peran job satisfaction memediasi pengaruh self-control terhadap counter productive work behavior pada karyawan customer service PT Bukalapak.com tbk
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Job Satisfaction memediasi pengaruh Self-Control terhadap Counterproductive Work Behavior (CWB) pada karyawan Customer Service PT Bukalapak.com Tbk di Jakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sensus dengan metode survey research pada 310 populasi karyawan customer service Bukalapak. Skala Kepatutan Sosial Marlowe-Crowne digunakan untuk mengurangi bias kepatutan sosial pada karyawan customer service Bukalapak yang menghasilkan 212 sampel. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Self-Control, variabel mediasi yaitu Job Satisfaction, sedangkan variabel terikat yaitu Counterproductive Work Behavior. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM). Analisa data menggunakan SPSS Versi 25 dan AMOS. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Self-Control berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction berpengaruh negatif terhadap Counterproductive Work Behavior (CWB), Self-Control berpengaruh negatif terhadap Counterproductive Work Behavior (CWB), dan Job Satisfaction memediasi pengaruh Self-Control terhadap Counterproductive Work Behavior (CWB). Implikasi bagi pengambil keputusan pihak Bukalapak yaitu diharapkan memberikan training manajemen emosi, tempramen, dan kontrol diri seperti fokus pada pembelajaran langsung tentang pengembangan pengendalian diri dalam situasi kerja yang penuh tekanan guna untuk mempertahankan Self-Control dan mengurangi Counterproductive Work Behavior (CWB).
T This study aims to analyze the role of Job Satisfaction in mediating the effect of Self-Control on Counterproductive Work Behavior on Customer Service employees of PT Bukalapak.com Tbk in Jakarta. The data collection technique used in this study was a census with a survey research method on 310 population of Bukalapak customer service employees. The Marlowe-Crowne Social Proper Scale was used to reduce social propriety bias on Bukalapak customer service employees which resulted in 212 samples. The independent variable in this study is Self-Control, the mediating variable is Job Satisfaction, while the dependent variable is Counterproductive Work Behavior. The method used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM). Data analysis using SPSS Version 25 and AMOS. The results show that Self-Control has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction has a negative effect on Counterproductive Work Behavior, Self-Control has a negative effect on Counterproductive Work Behavior, and Job Satisfaction mediates the effect of Self-Control on Counterproductive Work Behavior. The implication for Bukalapak's decision makers is that it is expected to provide emotional management, temperament, and self-control training such as focusing on direct learning about developing self-control in stressful work situations to maintain Self-Control and reduce Counterproductive Work Behavior.
