D Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh Person-Organization Fit dan Work Engagement terhadap Turnover Intention pada karyawan PT Mentari Billboard. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diambil dari 100 responden karyawan PT Mentari Billboard. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling .Uji instrument data menggunakan validitas dan realiabilitas. Uji hipotesis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling(SEM). Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa 1) Terdapat pengaruh positif Person-Organization Fit terhadap Work Engagement. 2) Terdapat pengaruh negatif Work Enagagement terhadap Turnover Intention.
T This study aims to determine the effect of Person-Organization Fit and Work Engagement on Turnover Intention on PT Mentari Billboard employees. The data used in this study were taken from 100 employees of PT Mentari Billboard employees. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling. Test data instruments using validity and reliability. Hypothesis testing uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of hypothesis testing show that 1) There is a positive influence of Person-Organization Fit on Work Engagement. 2) There is a negative influence of Work Enagagement on Turnover Intention.
