Pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas, leverage, ukuran dewan komisaris, ukuran perusahaan, dan operating capacity terhadap financial distress
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas, leverage, ukuran dewan komisaris, ukuran perusahaan, dan operating capacity terhadap financial distress,. data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang didapat dari Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan membuka situs www.idx.co.id. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang telah terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2011-2015. Variabel independen adalah profitabilitas, likuiditas, leverage, ukuran dewan komisaris, ukuran perusahaan, dan operating capacity dengan proksi net profit margin, current ratio, total debt to total asset, total asset turnover, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah financial distress.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi logistik.Hasil dari pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas, leverage, ukuran dewan komisaris, ukuran perusahaan, dan operating capacity berpengaruh terhadap financial distress. Sementara likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap financial distress.
T This research aims to know the influence of profitability, liquidity, leverage, the size of the Board of Commissioners, the size of the company, and operating capacity towards the financial distress. The data used are secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange wih open the site www.idx.co.id. This research was conducted at manufacturing companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2011-2015. The independent variable is the profitability, liquidity, leverage, the size of the Board of Commissioners, the size of the company, and operating capacity with the proxy net profit margin, current ratio, debt to total assets, total assets turnover, while the dependent variable is the financial distress.The population in this study are all the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling is performed using the method of purposive sampling. Technical analysis in this study is the analysis of logistic regression.The results of hypothesis testing in this study demonstrate that profitability, leverage, the size of the Board of Commissioners, the size of the company, and operating capacity to financial distress. While liquidity has no effect against the financial distress.
