P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kinerja ekonomi,pengungkapan kinerja sosial dan lingkungan terhadap nilai perusahaan denganleverage dan ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel kontrol. Populasi yang digunakandalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa EfekIndonesia (BEI) tahun 2018-2021 dengan total sampel sebanyak 36 sampel yangdidapatkan dari metode purposive sampling. Jenis data dari penelitian ini adalah datasekunder yang berasal dari laporan tahunan dan laporan keberlanjutan perusahaan.Peneliti melakukan pengujian melalui uji statistik deskriptif, analisis regresi berganda,uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis penelitian.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas, yaitu kinerja ekonomi,pengungkapan kinerja sosial, dan pengungkapan kinerja lingkungan memilikipengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan.
T This research aims to examine the effect of economic performance, disclosureof social and environmental performance on firm value with leverage and firm size ascontrol variable. The population used in this research are mining companies listed onthe Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2021 with total sample of 36 samplesobtained from the purposive sampling method. The type of data from this research issecondary data that derived from company’s annual reports and sustainability reports.The researcher conducted the test through descriptive statistical tests, multipleregression analysis, classical assumption tests, and research hypothesis testing.The results of this research is indicate that economic performance, disclosureof social performance, and disclosure of environmental performance have a positiveeffect on firm value.
