P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh transformational leadership, job satisfaction, dan organizational commitment terhadap turnover intention di OKIROBOX. Data diperoleh langsung melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 134 responden Karyawan OKIROBOX, di Jakarta. Teknik analisa data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi berganda. Metode pengumpulan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling dan pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa transformational leadership berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention dengan nilai estimasi -0,059, job satisfaction berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention dengan nilai -0,373, organizational commitment berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention dengan nilai estimasi -0,379. Manfaat penelitian dapat menjadi informasi bagi perusahaan dan sebagai dasar acuan untuk penelitian selanjutnya. Implikasi manajerial yang dapat diberikan adalah atasan perlu memperhatikan transformational leadership, job satisfaction, dan organizational commitment di dalam perusahaan agar dapat meminimalisir turnover intention karyawan.
T The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, job satisfaction and oganizational commitment on turnover intention at OKIROBOX. Data obtained directly through the distribution of questionnaires to 134 respondents OKIROBOX, Jakarta. The data analysis technique in this research is by using multiple regression. Sample method used in this research is with non-probability sampling and samplings by using purposive sampling techniques.The results showed that transformational leadership had a negative effect on turnover intention with an estimated value of -0.059, job satisfaction had a negative effect on turnover intention with an estimated value of -0.373, organizational commitment had a negative effect on turnover intention with an estimated value of -0.379. The benefits of this research can be an information for the company and as a basis for further research. The managerial implications that can be given are the boss needs to pay attention to transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment within the company in order to minimize employee turnover intention.
