P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh health motivations dan green motivations terhadap attitude toward green food, attitude toward green food terhadap intrinsic attribute of perceived quality dan extrinsic attribute of perceived quality, intrinsic attribute of perceived quality dan extrinsic attribute of perceived quality serta attitude toward green food terhadap willingness to pay. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 150 responden dan dikumpulkan dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) health motivations berpengaruh positif terhadap attitude toward green food, (2) green motivations berpengaruh positif terhadap attitude toward green food, (3) attitude toward green food berpengaruh positif terhadap intrinsic attribute of perceived quality, (4) attitude toward green food berpengaruh positif terhadap extrinsic attribute of perceived quality, (5) intrinsic attribute of perceived quality berpengaruh positif terhadap willingness to pay, (6) extrinsic attribute of perceived quality berpengaruh positif terhadap willingness to pay, (7) attitude toward green food berpengaruh positif terhadap willingness to pay.
