Abstract

A Analisis Perbandingan Sistem Kontrak PSC Cost Recovery dan Gross Split pada Keekonomian Lapangan Arjunaâ€ ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa sistem kontrak bagi hasil migas yang ada di Indonesia saat ini yaitu Production Sharing Contract (PSC) Cost Recovery dan Gross Split serta membandingkan hasil perhitungan keekonomian dari kedua sistem kontrak tersebut. Terdapat beberapa perbedaan dalam sistem kontrak yang ada dalam PSC Cost Recovery dan Gross Split terutama dalam skema Gross Split yang dimana komponen Cost Recovery dihilangkan. Peraturan baru tersebut dimunculkan melalui Permen ESDM No.08 Tahun 2017 dan direvisi dengan Permen No.52 Tahun 2017. Berdasarkan pengolahan data dan perhitungan yang telah dilakukan pada keekonomian lapangan Arjuna, didapatkan hasil untuk PSC Gross Split lebih baik dibandingkan PSC Cost Recovery. Untuk PSC Gross Split nilai Net Present Value (NPV) sebesar 107,85 juta US Dollar berbanding 54,28 juta US Dollar untuk PSC Cost Recovery, nilai Internal Rate of Return (IRR) untuk PSC Gross Split sebesar 62,24% berbanding 46,82% untuk PSC Cost Recovery, sedangkan nilai Pay Out Time (POT) untuk PSC Gross Split sebesar 3,11 tahun berbanding 3,31 tahun untuk PSC Cost Recovery.

" "Comparison Analysis of the PSC Cost Recovery and Gross Split Contract System on the Economics of Arjuna Field" aims to analyze the current oil and gas Production Sharing Contract (PSC) system in Indonesia, PSC Cost Recovery and Gross Split, and compare the economic calculation results of the two contract systems. There are several differences in the contract system that is in the PSC Cost Recovery and Gross Split, especially in the Gross Split scheme where the Cost Recovery component is removed. The new regulation was raised through ESDM Regulation No. 08 of 2017 and revised with Permen No.52 Year 2017. Based on data processing and calculations that have been done on the economics of the Arjuna field, PSC Gross Split is better than PSC Cost Recovery.
