P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work motivation, transformational leadership, organizational culture, dan supervisor support terhadap job satisfaction pada karyawan kontraktor di jakarta barat. rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji hipotesis. teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan penelitian lapangan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 125 karyawan kontraktor di jakarta barat sebagai responden, dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software spss dan amos. hasil pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa work motivation berpengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction, transformational leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction, organizational culture berpengaruh positif pada variabel terhadap job satisfaction, dan supervisor support berpengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction. hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk dapat meningkatkan serta mempertahankan job satisfaction dan meningkatkan variabel yang mempengaruhinya yaitu work motivation, transformational leadership, organizational culture, dan supervisor support pada kontraktor di jakarta barat. implikasi dalam work motivation diperusahaan kontraktor di jakarta barat perlu melakukan evaluasi terhadap bentuk, frekuensi, dan transparansi pemberian penghargaan.

T This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, transformational leadership, organizational culture, and supervisor support on job satisfaction of contractor employees in west jakarta. the research design used in this study is hypothesis testing. the data collection technique in this study was carried out using field research by distributing questionnaires to 125 contractor employees in west jakarta as respondents, with hypothesis testing using the multiple linear regression method with the help of spss and amos software. the results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate that work motivation has a positive effect on job satisfaction, transformational leadership has a positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive effect on variables on job satisfaction, and supervisor support has a positive effect on job satisfaction. the results of this study are to be able to improve and maintain job satisfaction and improve the variables that influence it, namely work motivation, transformational leadership, organizational culture, and supervisor support in contractors in west jakarta. implications in work motivation in contractor companies in west jakarta need to evaluate the form, frequency, and transparency of award giving.
