P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dimensi AI awareness yaitu challenge dan hindrance appraisal toward AI terhadap sustainable employability melalui variabel mediasi job crafting pada karyawan profesi HR di DKI Jakarta. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengujian hipotesis dan pengumpulan data secara cross sectional. Data yang dikumpulkan bersifat primer dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada sejumlah 272 karyawan HR di DKI Jakarta. Metode pengumpulan sampel menggunakan teknik snowball sampling. Teknik pengolahan data yang dilakukan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, serta structural equation modelling (SEM) menggunakan software SPSS dan AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang ditimbulkan oleh challenge appraisal toward AI serta job crafting terhadap sustainable employability. Sementara, hindrance appraisal toward AI memicu pengaruh negatif terhadap sustainable employability. Pihak perusahaan dan karyawan diharapkan mampu berkolaborasi dalam pengimplementasian AI di lingkungan kerja agar menunjang pekerjaan mereka secara berkelanjutan.

T This study analyses the influence of AI awareness dimensions (challenge and hindrance appraisal toward AI) on sustainable employability by mediating variable job crafting among HR professionals in DKI Jakarta. This study used hypothesis testing and cross-sectional data collection. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 272 HR employees in DKI Jakarta. The sample collection method uses a snowball sampling method. The data processing techniques used include validity testing, reliability testing, and structural equation modelling (SEM) using SPSS and AMOS software. The research results show a positive influence caused by challenge appraisal toward AI and job crafting on sustainable employability. Meanwhile, avoidance appraisal toward AI triggers a negative effect on sustainable employability. Employees and organizations are expected to be able to collaborate in implementing AI in the work environment to support their work sustainably.
