P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work from home terhadap job satisfaction yang dimediasi work life balance dandampaknya terhadap employee performance industri perbankan di Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 200 karyawan. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan alat analisis AMOS.Hasil pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan work from home berpengaruh positif terhadap work life balance,work from home berpengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction,work life balance berpengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction, terdapat pengaruh work from home terhadap job satisfaction yang dimediasi work life balance,job satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational identification, dan organizational identification berpengaruh positif terhadap employee performance. Implikasi bagi manajer adalahperusahaan lebih memperhatikan tentang kesejahteraan karyawannya yang menjalankan sistem work from home salah satunya dengan cara membuat aturan yang jelas tentang work from home,memberikan dukungan ataumenggerakkankegiatansosialkaryawandenganberdonasipadakegiatansosialyangdiikutiolehkaryawan, memberikan reward kepada karyawan yang berprestasi sebagai alternatif, dan memperkenalkan keterbukaan pada setiap karyawansehinggaperusahaandapatmenerimakritiksebagaibahanuntukpengembanganperusahaanlebihlanjut, serta memberikan ruang bagi karyawan untuk dapat berkembang dengan cara mempromosikan karyawan sebagai bentuk penghargaan karena dapat menyelesaikan pekerjaan dengan baik.

T This study aimed to analyze the effect of work from home on job satisfaction mediated by work life balance and its impact on employee performance in the banking industry in Jakarta. The method used in sampling in this study was purposive sampling with a total of 200 employees as respondents. Hypothesis testing using the AMOS analysis tool. The results of testing the hypothesis in this study show that work from home has a positive effect on work life balance, work from home has a positive effect on job satisfaction, work life balance has a positive effect on job satisfaction, there is a work from home effect on job satisfaction which mediated by work life balance, job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational identification, and organizational identification has a positive effect on employee performance.The implication for managers is that companies pay more attention to the welfare of their employees who carry out a work from home system, one of which is by making clear rules regarding work from home, providing support or mobilizing employee social activities by donating to social activities that are participated in by employees, giving rewards to employees achievements as an alternative, and introduces openness to every employee so that the company can accept criticism as material for further company development, as well as providing space for employees to develop by promoting employees as a form of appreciation for being able to complete a job well.
