Efek paparan asap rokok terhadap jumlah leukosit pasca pemberian tandur tulang: Kajian pada tikus sprague dawley
P Penyembuhan defek pada tulang, dipengaruhi oleh beberapa hal antara lain kebiasaan merokok. Kandungan pada rokok diduga menghambat fase hematoma yang mengakibatkan meningkatnya jumlah leukosit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya efek paparan asap rokok terhadap jumlah leukosit pasca pemberian tandur tulang. Pengambilan sampel darah kelompok kontrol dan perlakuan dilakukan secara intra kardial pada hari ke 3, 7, dan 14.Hasil analisis uji non parametris Mann-Whitney Test hari ke 7 didapatkan perbedaan bermakna antara perlakuan dan kontrol (p=0.001) sedangkan, pada hari ke 3 dan 14 tidak didapatkan perbedaan bermakna antara perlakuan dan kontrol (p=0,564 dan p=0.286).Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa adanya efek paparan asap rokok terhadap jumlah leukosit pasca pemberian tandur tulang dan paparan asap rokok dapat meningkatkan jumlah leukosit pasca pemberian tandur tulang.

The contents that included in cigarette could be suspected to inhibit hematoma phase and led to the increased number of leukocytes. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of cigarette smoke exposure after the application of bone graft by the number of leukocytes. Blood samples of control and treatment groups on the 3rd, 7th, and 14th day were taken via intracardiac.The results of the non-parametric Mann-Whitney Test day 7th concluded that there were significant differences between treatment and control groups (p = 0,001). Whereas on day 3rd and 14th concluded that there were no significant differences between treatment and control groups (p = 0,564 and p = 0,286).This study showed that there was an association between cigarette smoke exposure after the application of bone graft and the total number of leukocytes. Cigarette smoke exposure after the application of bone graft was also proven to be the cause of increase the number of leukocytes.
