The most common causes of crown fracture are trauma due outdor activy such as falling down, traffic accident and sports. To maintain pulp vitality a proper clinical examination and adequatge diagnosis is needed. A coronal fracture involving enamel and dentin without pulp exposure might receive diffrent kinds of treatment such as re-attachment of fracments when there is fragment wich is enough to manipulate, however. in cases of absence of the fragment it becomes esstial to preserver the remnant tooth structure with a composite resin restoration. If handled properly, properly, prognosis of the pulp, after traumatic crown fracture, is good.
