P Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan pada masa balita tergolong sangat cepat dan tidak dapat terulang sehingga perlu dilakukan intervensi gizi yang optimal untuk menciptakan anak sehat dan cerdas. Status gizi merupakan prediktor kualitas hidup di kemudian hari. Status gizi balita dapat dipantau melalui posyandu. Posyandu merupakan Upaya Kesehatan Bersumber Daya Masyarakat (UKBM) untuk memberikan kemudahan dalam memperoleh pelayanan kesehatan dasar. Pada tahun 2017 didapatkan balita dengan gizi kurang-buruk sebanyak (9,5%).METODEPenelitian ini merupakan studi cross-sectional pada 54 balita di Posyandu Kelurahan Paku Alam. Variabel bebas yang diteliti adalah jenis kelamin, pendidikan ibu, pendapatan orangtua, frekuensi kunjungan ke posyandu. variabel tergantung adalah status gizi balita. Analisis data bivariat antara variabel bebas dan tergantung menggunakan uji fisher exact dengan program SPSS versi 26.HASILDidapatkan 64.81% responden berjenis kelamin perempuan, 79.63% ibu pendidikan SMA-perguruan tinggi, 57.41% pendapatan orangtua tergolong rendah, 70.37% aktif berkunjung ke posyandu (>8x) dan 94.45% memiliki status gizi baik. Terdapat hubungan keaktifan kunjungan ke posyandu dengan status gizi (p=0.015). Balita yang aktif berkunjung ke posyandu seluruhnya memiliki gizi baik sebaliknya seluruh balita yang memiliki gizi buruk adalah dari kelompok balita yang kunjungan ke posyandu <8x. Tidak terdapat hubungan antara jenis kelamin, pendidikan ibu, pendapatan orangtua dengan status gizi balita (p >0.005)KESIMPULANTerdapat hubungan keaktifan kunjungan ke posyandu dengan status gizi balita. Tidak terdapat hubungan antara jenis kelamin, pendidikan ibu, pendapatan orangtua dengan status gizi balita.

There is a relationship between active visits to posyandu and nutritional status (p=0.015). The toddlers who actively visited the posyandu all had good nutrition, whereas all the toddlers who had malnutrition were from the toddler group who visited the posyandu <8 times. There is no relationship between gender, mother's education, parental income and nutritional status (p>0.005).CONCLUSIONSThere is a relationship between active visits to posyandu and the nutritional status of children under five. There is no relationship between gender, mother's education, parental income with the nutritional status of children under five.
