B Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum Nomor 45 Tahun 2007,disebutkan bahwa “Untuk bangunan gedung negara (termasuk bangunan rumahnegara) umur bangunan diperhitungkan 50 tahun.” Pada penelitian ini, per tahun2023, Tugu Dirgantara sebagai objek penelitian sudah berumur 53 tahun.Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan level kinerja bangunanTugu Dirgantara, serta mengetahui baku mutu udara dan baku mutu air tanah disekitar Tugu Dirgantara terkait dengan korosifitas yang mungkin terjadi. Metodeyang digunakan untuk mengetahui kinerja bangunan adalah analisis non-linierstatik menggunakan program ETABS. Selain itu, juga dilakukan pengujian bakumutu udara dan air tanah yang diikuti dengan pengujian half-cell potential untukmengetahui korosifitas pada pedestal tugu. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan untukanalisis statik non-linier, Untuk arah gempa X nilai target perpindahan sebesar𝛿! = 485,904 mm menunjukkan struktur sudah melewati level kinerja CollapsePrevention (CP). Namun, berdasarkan kurva kapasitas arah gempa X yangdidapatkan, struktur mengalami keruntuhan pada titik leleh, yaitu pada step ke-14dan menunjukkan level kinerja Immediate Occupancy (IO). Untuk arah gempa Y.nilai target perpindahan sebesar 𝛿! = 484,881 mm menunjukkan struktur sudahmelewati level kinerja Collapse Prevention (CP). Namun, berdasarkan kurvakapasitas arah gempa Y yang didapatkan, struktur mengalami keruntuhan padatitik leleh, yaitu pada step ke-9 dan menunjukkan level kinerja Immediate Occupancy (IO). Pada pengujian korosi beton berdasarkan mutu udara sekitarTugu Dirgantara, dari 10 titik uji, 9 titik tingkat korosi tulangan di dalam betonberada <10% dengan tipe kondisi 3 yaitu “humid, chloride free concrete”, satutitik lainnya terlihat tingkat korosi tulangan antara 10% - 90% dengan tipe kondisi4 yaitu “humid, carbonated concrete”. Pada hasil pengujian baku mutu air tanahdiperoleh kandungan senyawa Sulfat (SO4) di air tanah sebesar 21,00 mg/Ldimana masih berada pada rentang 0 – 150 ppm. Menurut C.J.Menger hal tersebutmenunjukkan bahwa tingkat serangan relatif terhadap beton oleh senyawa sulfatmasih dapat diabaikan.

B Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works Number 45 of 2007, it isstated that "For state buildings (including state house buildings) the age of thebuilding is calculated to be 50 years." In this study, as of 2023, the DirgantaraMonument as the object of research is 53 years old. The research was conductedwith the aim of obtaining the performance level of the Dirgantara Monumentbuilding, as well as knowing the air quality standards and groundwater qualitystandards arounf the Dirgantara Monument related to corrosivity that may occur.The method that is used to determine building performance is non-linear staticanalysis using the ETABS program. In addition, air and groundwater qualitystandards were also tested, followed by a half cell potential test to determine thecorrosivity of the pedestal of the monument. The research results obtained fornon-linear static analysis, for the direction of the X earthquake the targetdisplacement value is δt = 485.904 mm indicating that the structure has passedthe Collapse Prevention (CP) performance level. However, based on the obtainedX earthquake direction capacity curve, the structure collapses at the meltingpoint, which is at step 14 and shows the Immediate Occupancy (IO) performancelevel. For the direction of the Y earthquake, the target displacement value isδt=484.881 mm indicating that the structure has passed the Collapse Prevention(CP) performance level. However, based on the Y earthquake direction capacitycurve obtained, the structure collapses at the melting point, which is at step 9 andshows the Immediate Occupancy (IO) performance level. In the concrete corrosion test based on air quality around the Dirgantara Monument, out of 10test points, 9 points showed that the corrosion rate of the reinforcement inside theconcrete was <10% with type 3, namely "humid, chloride free concrete", atanother point the corrosion rate of the reinforcement was between 10 % - 90%with condition type 4 namely "humid, carbonated concrete". Based on the testresults for groundwater quality standards, it was found that the content of Sulfate(SO4) in groundwater was 21.00 mg/L which was still in the range of 0 – 150ppm. According to C.J.Menger this shows that the relative degree of attack onconcrete by sulfate compounds can still be neglected.
