Rancangan autonomous maintenance berdasarkan lean total productive maintenance pada plant II di PT.Ingress Malindo Ventures
P PT. Ingress Malindo Ventures merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi beberapa jenis tipe door sash untuk mobil. Penelitian dilakukan di Plant II yang memiliki 9 mesin. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah kurang sempurnanya sistem perawatan mesin yang digunakan oleh perusahaan saat ini berdasarkan tingginya waktu downtime mesin. Tahapan proses penelitian, diawali dengan mengidentifikasikan lini kritis, mesin kritis dan komponen kritis. Setiap komponen kritis dihitung interval waktu penggantian pencegahan dan interval waktu pemeriksaan dengan melakukan perhitungan identifikasi awal distribusi, pengujian Goodness of Fit, dan menghitung parameter dengan tujuan memperoleh nilai availability dan reliability. Selanjutnya dihitung nilai efektivitas mesin sehingga dapat diketahui nilai Overall Effectiveness Equipment (OEE). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan mesin kritis dan komponen kritis, menghitung dan menganalisa nilai OEE awal serta merekomendasikan manajemen perawatan dengan metode Lean Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) serta merancang autonomous mainte Droll formin ahaan aat *ni memiliki OEE sebesar 62,96% pada periode bruasi-201-4 sam esin roll forming. Hasil tersebut masih jauh dari nilai OEE optimum. optim disebabkan oleh faktor availability dan peiforinance efficiency yang rcndah. Berdask an Lisa tersebut, kemudian dilakukan lor identifikasi lebih lanjut dengan fase-fase Deanroductive Maintenance (TPM) yaitu Lean Pilot dengan menggunakan oo/ diagr p eto, Lean Assesment dengan menggunakan Big Picture Mappi g (BPM) dan Profess Activity Mapping (PAM) untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab perm ahan berikutny& an ter ' Lean Preparation. Berdasarkan tahapan dilak Wan diberikan dengan komponen. Diberikan juga usulan maint .a SOP pada perawatan 'ad -Far eme an a dan pergantian enance menggunakan preventive main mesin dan check sheet serta one point lesson one point lesson yang berguna untuk mempermudah operator dalam pemeriksaan dan perawatan mesin dan kelengkapan data bagi perusahaan.
