Risiko banjir rob RW 5 Utara Desa Wonokerto Kulon Kabupaten Pekalongan
F Fenomena banjir rob sering terjadi di wilayah pesisir Kabupaten Pekalongan tepatnyadi RW 5 Utara Desa Wonokerto Kulon. Kondisi fisik RW 5 Utara yang rentan sertaadanya ancaman bahaya kenaikan permukaan laut dapat meningkatkan risiko banjirrob. Guna mengurangi risiko banjir rob perlu adanya upaya mitigasi yang tepatberdasarkan tingkat risiko dengan penenkanan pada kerentanan fisik, karena relatiflebih mudah ditekan. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasitingkat risiko banjir rob guna merumuskan kegiatan mitigasi sesuai tingkat risiko.Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah spasial GIS, skoring dan matriks risiko. Tekniktersebut digunakan untuk menganalisis tingkat bahaya, tingkat kerentanan fisik dantingkat risiko banjir rob. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan RW 5 Utara masuk ke dalamtingkat bahaya tinggi. Bahaya banjir rob diukur berdasarkan; ketinggian, frekuensi danbentuk. Hasil kerentanan fisik RW 5 Utara masuk ke dalam tingkat sedang hinggatinggi. Variabel kerentanan fisik diukur dari; kepadatan bangunan, jaringan jalantergenang, kedekatan dengan laut dan sungai serta penggunaan lahan. Keterkaitanantara bahaya dan kerentanan fisik menghasilkan tingkat risiko banjir rob di RW 5Utara sedang hingga tinggi. Arahan mitigasi banjir rob berdasarkan tingkat risiko yangsesuai diterapkan di RW 5 Utara adalah; dengan perencanaan pola dan struktur ruangpada wilayah yang berisiko tinggi, serta penambahan dan penguatan sistem di wilayahyang berisiko sedang.
T The phenomenon of tidal flood often occurs in the coastal area of Pekalongan Regency,one of which is in RW 5 Utara Wonokerto Kulon. RW 5 Utara’s physical conditionsare vulnerable and there’s a hazard threat of sea level raise can increase the risk oftidal flood phenomenon. In order to reduce the risk of tidal flood, it is necessary to takemitigation direction that can be implied based on tidal flood’s level based on physicalvulnerability, because its relatively easier to do. This study aims to identify the level oftidal flood risk in order to give mitigation direction based on tthe level of risk. Theanalytical techniques that have been used are scoring, GIS spatial analysis and riskmatrix. These techniques used to analyse the level of hazard, physical vulnerability andrisk of tidal flood of RW 5 Utara. The results showed that RW 5 Utara was classifiedas high-class of tidal flood hazard. That result was measured based on tidal floodhazard’s variabels which were; frequency, height and shape of tidal flood inundation.Meanwhile, the results of RW 5 Utara’s physical vulnerabilities are classified asmedium to high level. Physical vulnerabilities’ variables that have been measuredwere; buildings density, road inundation, proximity to sea and river also land use.From those two resulted level of tidal flood risk in RW 5 Utara which classified asmedium to high. Tidal flood mitigation based on risk tidal flood level that can beapplied are; planning spatial patterns and structures in high-risk areas, as well asadding and strengthening systems in moderate-risk areas.
