P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh positif trust,commitmen, satisfaction, attitudinal loyalty, terhadap behavioral loyalty padapengunjung toko Matahari Departement Store mall di Jakarta. Metodepengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan teknik purposive samplingkepada 166 responden yang yang pernah mengunjungi atau membeli produkfashion Matahari Departement Store mall di Jakarta. Alat analisis yang digunakanuntuk menguji validitas adalah confirmatory factor analysis, uji reliabilitas adalahcronbach’s alpha, dan uji hipotesis adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM).Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat tidak berpengaruhpositif trust terhadap attitudinal loyalty. Commitment loyalty berpengaruh positifterhadap attitudinal loyalty. Satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap attitudinalloyalty. Attitudinal loyalty berpengaruh positif terhadap behavioral loyalty.

T This study aims to analyze the positive influence of trust, commitmen,satisfaction, attitudinal loyalty, on behavioral loyalty in visitors of MatahariDepartement Store mall in Jakarta. Data collection method using questionnairewith purposive sampling technique to 166 respondents who have visited orpurchased fashion products Matahari Departement Store mall in Jakarta. Theanalysis tool used to test validity is confirmatory factor analysis, reliability test iscronbach's alpha, and hypothesis test is Structural Equation Model (SEM).The results obtained from this study are that there is no positive effect oftrust on attitudinal loyalty. Commitment loyalty has a positive effect on attitudinalloyalty. Satisfaction has a positive effect on attitudinal loyalty. Attitudinal loyaltyhas a positive effect on behavioral loyalty.
