Operasional yang berkelanjutan menyebabkan penurunan kinerja dan tingginya downtime, yang meningkatkan risiko kegagalan dan ketidakakuratan hasil analisis, serta berdampak pada layanan pasien. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, digunakan Healthcare Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (HFMEA) guna mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis potensi kegagalan dalam sistem serta mengembangkan tindakan pencegahan yang tepat.Pendekatan Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) juga diterapkan sebagaiindikator untuk mengevaluasi kinerja mesin secara menyeluruh, meliputiketersediaan, kinerja, dan kualitas, dengan hasil akhir OEE sebesar 70,62%. Usulan perbaikan yang diajukan berupa jadwal perawatan mesin berdasarkan analisis kegagalan selama 6 bulan terakhir menggunakan metode Mean Time To Failure (MTTF), bertujuan untuk mencegah kerusakan mesin dan mengurangi downtime. Dengan memanfaatkan metode MTTF, jadwal perawatan yang lebih efisien dapat tercipta, diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kinerja operasional laboratorium dan kualitas layanan kepada pasien. Mengusulkan jadwal perawatan mesin berdasarkan kegagalan dari 6 bulan terakhir menggunakan Mean Time To Failure (MTTF), Air purge 18 Hari, Sample Probe Wash 12 hari, Replace Electrode 24 Hari, Draining Degasser Tank 9 Hari, Cell Blank Measurement 15 Hari, Exchange Incubation Bath Water dan Prime System Flowpath setiap 3 Hari.Kata Kunci : Sistem Analitik Imunologi, Pemeliharaan Peralatan, HealthcareFailure Mode and Effect Analysis (HFMEA), Overall Equipment Effectiveness(OEE), Keandalan Sistem

T The immunology analytics system in the Clinical Laboratory of XYZ Vertical Hospital is a critical component in diagnosing and monitoring diseases, processing 1,500 to 2,500 blood samples each month. There are approximately 40 diagnostic defects per month caused by machine malfunctions and improper blood sampling procedures. Continuous operations lead to decreased performance and high downtime, increasing the risk of failure and inaccuracy in analysis results, which impacts patient services. To address these issues, Healthcare Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (HFMEA) is used to identify and analyze potential failures in the system and develop appropriate preventive measures. The Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) approach is also applied as an indicator to evaluate the overall performance of the machines, covering availability, performance, and quality, with an overall OEE result of 70.62%. The proposed improvements include a machine maintenance schedule based on failure analysis over the past six months using the Mean Time To Failure (MTTF) method, aiming to prevent machine breakdowns and reduce downtime. By utilizing the MTTF method, a more efficient maintenance schedule can be created, which is expected to improve the operational performance of the laboratory and the quality of patient services. The proposed maintenance schedule based on failures from the last six months using MTTF includes: Air purge every 18 days, Sample Probe Wash every 12 days, Replace Electrode every 24 days, Draining Degasser Tank every 9 days, Cell Blank Measurement every 15 days, Exchange Incubation Bath Water, and Prime System Flowpath every 3 days.
