c customer.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan usulan penjadwalan yang tepat sehingga dapat mengurangi makespan dalam penyelesaian pesanan customer. Berdasarkan Penjadwalan Metode Awal Perusahaan (9802,7 menit) terdapat 2 keterlambatan penyelesaian pesanan customer. Pada penelitian ini, telah dilakukan 3 skenario beserta alternatif dari skenario yaitu dengan Lot Streaming yang digunakan untuk untuk mengurangi keterlambatan dengan cara membagi job menjadi beberapa sublot yaitu 2 lot dan 3 lot dengan ukuran yang berbeda pada tiap bagian lot. Pada skenario 1 didapatkan hasil terbaik dengan Penjadwalan Per Job dengan Lot Streaming 3 Lot (8953,7 menit). Pada skenario 2 didapatkan hasil terbaik dengan Penjadwalan Per Lot dengan Lot Streaming 3 Lot (8884,3 menit). Pada skenario 3 didapatkan hasil terbaik dengan Penjadwalan Per Lot tukar urutan dengan Lot Streaming 3 Lot (9157,3 menit). Maka dari itu, skenario 2 adalah hasil terbaik dari 3 skenario yang telah dilakukan dengan persentase perbaikan sebesar 9,37% dibandingkan dengan penjadwalan metode awal perusahaan dan pengurangan jumlah keterlambatan menjadi tidak ada keterlambatan. Selanjutnya dilakukan Penjadwalan dengan Skenario Terbaik Berdasarkan Kedatangan yang dilihat berdasarkan 3 waktu kedatangan pesanan dan menghasilkan hasil yang sama tetapi dapat memperlihatkan sisa job yang dilanjutkan pada periode penjadwalan berikutnya.
P PT. Harapan Mulya Putri has a Make to Order and First Come First Serve production type where the company must produce products according to customer orders that are the first to come in and complete them according to the agreement between the company and the customer. Order arrival patterns come at different times. The type of production of stainless trash bin products is Hybrid Flow Shop, namely the sequence is in the same direction as work on 8 machines where there are 2 types of machines that are parallel identical. This research focuses on scheduling stainless trash can products where problems occur, namely delays in completing customer orders in September 2022 which causes the company to violate the agreed due date. The purpose of this study is to provide appropriate scheduling proposals so as to reduce makespan in completing customer orders. Based on the Company's Initial Scheduling Method (9802.7 minutes) there were 2 delays in completing customer orders. In this study, 3 scenarios and alternative scenarios have been carried out, namely Lot Streaming which is used to reduce delays by dividing the job into several sublots, namely 2 lots and 3 lots with different sizes in each part of the lot. In scenario 1, the best results are obtained by Per Job Scheduling with Lot Streaming 3 Lots (8953.7 minutes). In scenario 2, the best results are obtained with Per Lot Scheduling with Lot Streaming 3 Lots (8884.3 minutes). In scenario 3, the best results are obtained with Per Lot Scheduling, changing the order with Lot Streaming 3 Lots (9157.3 minutes). Therefore, scenario 2 is the best result of the 3 scenarios that have been carried out with an improvement percentage of 9.37% compared to the company's initial scheduling method and reducing the number of delays to no delays. Furthermore, scheduling is carried out with the Best Scenario Based on Arrival which is seen based on 3 order arrival times and produces the same results but can show the remaining jobs that are continued in the next scheduling period.
