K Kota Tangerang merupakan salah satu kota terpilih untuk pembangunan pembangkit listrik tenaha dampah (PLTSa) pada peraturan Presiden nomor 18/2016 tentang percepatan pembangunan instalasi pengolahan sampah menjadi energi listrik berbasis teknologi ramah lingkungan yang diperbaharui pada tahun 2018 ...

T Tangerang city is one of cities chosen for the construction of a waste to energy power plant (PLTSa)in presidential regulation number 18/2016 concerning in the accleration of the construction of environmentally friendly technology which was renewed in 2018. Rawaq Kucing landfill is a garbage disposal site for the residents of Tangerang City, based on data obtained from the Rawa Kucig TPA, the amount of waste that enters is 1,400 tons /day. The purpose of this research is to analyze the feasibility of building PLTSa in Tangerang City using direct combustion technology (inceneration) from a technical and economic point of view. On the technical aspect, On the economic aspect, calculate the cost analysis mathematically, Based on waste volume data proximate analysis, the LHV is 6.12 MJ/kg and the incinerator capacity is 32 tons/hour. The results of the simulation show that the power that can be generated from PLTSa construction in Tangerang City is 10.29 MW using the ideal rankie cycle. Cost analysis for the economic aspect shows a positive Net Present Value (NPV) at an interest rate of 10% an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 11.02%, and a Payback Period of 9 years which proves that PLTSa in Tangerang City is Feasible to build.
