Pengaruh talent management on employee performance dengan line managerial support dan job satisfaction sebagai variabel mediasi pada pemeriksa BPK di wilayah Pulau Jawa.
T Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh talent managementterhadap employee performance baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsungmelalui pengaruh mediasi line managerial support dan job satisfaction. Datadikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner menggunakan Google Form melaluisurat elektronik maupun aplikasi Whatsapp. Data dianalisis dengan alat analisisStructural Equation Model (SEM) menggunakan aplikasi AMOS Versi 24 da SobelTest untuk menganalisis efek mediasi. Total 239 responden Pemeriksa BPK yangberkantor di Wilayah Pulau Jawa berpartisipasi sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasildari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikanantara talent management dengan line managerial support dan job satisfaction,namun berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap employee performance. Hasilpenelitian juga menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antaratalent management terhadap employee performance saat dimediasi oleh linemanagerial support dan job satisfaction. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan informasikepada organisasi bahwa praktik manajemen talenta yang selama inidiimplementasikan masih belum dapat mendorong peningkatan kinerja. Organisasiharus konsisten menerapkan sistem merit dalam pelaksanaan kebijakan manajementalenta, terutama dalam kebijakan promosi yang adil dan transparan. Organisasijuga dapat memanfaatkan, peran dukungan manajer lini dan kebijakan padaprogram peningkatan kepuasan kerja dalam praktik manajemen talenta sehinggamampu mendorong peningkatan kinerja karyawan.
T The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of talent management onemployee performance both directly and indirectly through the mediating influenceof line manager support and job satisfaction. Data was collected by distributingquestionnaires using Google Form via electronic mail or the WhatsApp application.Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) tool using theAMOS Version 24 and Sobel Test application to analyze the mediation effect. Atotal of 239 BPK auditor offices in the Java Island region participated asrespondents in this research sample. The results of this research show that there isa positive and significant influence between talent management and line managersupport and job satisfaction, but it has a negative and significant influence onemployee performance. The research results also show that there is a positive andsignificant influence between talent management on employee performance whenmediated by line managerial support and job satisfaction. The results of thisresearch provide information to organizations that the talent management practicesthat have been implemented so far have not been able to increase performance.Organizations have to consistently implement a merit system in implementingtalent management policies, especially in promotion programs, it has to be fair andtransparent. Organizations can utilize the role of line managerial support andpolicies in job satisfaction programs in talent management practices to increaseemployee performance.
