P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh self-leadership, perceived organizational support, proactive personality, supervisor terhadap work engagement pada karyawan PT Sinar Sosro Cabang Bekasi. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan membagikan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan software SPSS versi 25. Data dalam penelitian dikumpulkan dari 120 karyawan PT Sinar Sosro Cabang Bekasi.Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan seluruh hipotesa berpengaruh positif. Pada penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh self-leadership terhadap work engagement, adanya pengaruh positif perceived organizational support terhadap work engagement, proactive personality berpengaruh positif terhadap work engagement, dan supervisor support memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap work engagement.Dalam hasil penelitian ini sebaiknya karyawan pada saat melakukan pekerjaan produksi selalu mencatat kinerjanya. Untuk meningkatkan perceived organizational support, sebaiknya perusahaan diharapkan dapat memberikan bantuan apabila karyawan mendapat masalah saat bekerja. Untuk meningkatkan proactive personality, sebaiknya karyawan diberikan sarana untuk menyalurkan dan mengembangkan ide- idenya. Untuk meningkatkan supervisor support, sebaiknya supervisor mengawasi karyawan dengan pengecekan secara berkala pada saat melakukan tugas layanan pelanggan. Untuk meningkatkan work engagement, sebaiknya pimpinan lebih memperhatikan dan memberikan motivasi dengan memberikan reward berupa pujian kepada karyawan.

T This study aims to analyze the effect of self-leadership, perceived organizational support, proactive personality, supervisor on work engagement in employees of PT Sinar Sosro Bekasi Branch. This research is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires. This research used purposive sampling method. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis with SPSS software version 25. The data in this study were collected from 120 employees of PT Sinar Sosro Bekasi Branch.The results of the hypothesis test show that all hypotheses have a positive effect. The research shows that there is a positive effect of self-leadership on work engagement, a positive influence of perceived organizational support on work engagement, proactive personality has a positive effect on work engagement, and supervisor support has a positive influence on work engagement.In the results of this study, employees should always record their performance when doing production work. To improve perceived organizational support, the company should be expected to provide assistance if employees have problems at work. To improve proactive personality, employees should be given the means to channel and develop their ideas. To improve supervisor support, supervisors should supervise employees by checking regularly when performing customer service tasks. To increase work engagement, leaders should pay more attention and provide motivation by giving rewards in the form of praise to employees.
