T Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Servant Leadership terhadap Perceived Employability yang dimediasi oleh Career Planning dan Networking Behaviour pada karyawan PT Aerofood ACS Cengkareng. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 132 responden dengan menggunakan metode penarikan sampel purposive sampling dan sampel yag digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan. Metode analisis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan software AMOS. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh Servant Leadership terhadap Career Planning, terdapat pengaruh positif Servant Leadership terhadap Networking Behaviour, terdapat pengaruh positif Career Planning terhadap Perceived Employability, tidak terdapat pengaruh positif Networking Behaviour terhadap Perceived Employability, terdapat mediasi dari Career Planning dan Networking Behaviour antara Servant Leadership dan Perceived Employability.

T The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Servant Leadership on Perceived Employability mediated by Career Planning and Networking Behavior in PT Aerofood ACS Cengkareng employees. The sample used in this study were 132 respondents using purposive sampling method and the sample used in this study were employees. The research analysis method used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of AMOS software. The results of this study are that there is the influence of Servant Leadership on Career Planning, there is a positive influence of Servant Leadership on Networking Behavior, there is a positive influence of Career Planning on Perceived Employability, there is no positive effect of Networking Behavior on Perceived Employability, there is mediation of Career Planning and Networking Behavior between Servant Leadership and Perceived Employability.
