P Pipa induk distribusi air bersih di wilayah perencanaan PDAM Tirta Bumi Wibawa, kota Sukabumi saat ini melayani 7 kecamatan dengan total jumlah penduduk eksisting 336.450 jiwa pada tahun 2014.Luas wilayah Kota Sukabumi seluas 4.889 Ha.Pelayanan oleh 4 reservoir yaitu reservoir Cisaat kapasitas 500 m3, Reservoir Bayangkara kapasitas 1.000 m3, reservoir Sukaraja kapasitas 2.000 m3, Reservoir Cisarua kapasitas 500 m3. Perencanaan pengembangan pipa induk distribusi air bersih ini terdiri dari 3 tahap, yaitu: tahap I (jangka pendek) hingga tahun 2020, tahap II (jangka menengah) hingga tahun 2025, dan tahap III (jangka panjang) hingga tahun 2035. Cakupan pelayanan pada kondisi eksisting sebesar 35,38% (199.025 jiwa), sedangkan rencana pengembangan cakupan pelayanan pada tahap I sebesar 49% (181.482 jiwa), tahap II sebesar 68% (260.689 jiwa), dan pada tahap III sebesar 85% (349.312 jiwa). Sumber air yang digunakan untuk rencana pengembangan ini berasal dari 2 Sungai yaitu sungai Cigunung dengan kapasitas 400 lt/dt dan Sungai Ciparay dengan kapasitas 300 lt/dt dan 4 mata air yaitu MA Cigadog kapasita 50 lt/dt, MA Pulosari kapasitas 30 lt/dt, MA Selabintana kapasitas 10 lt/dt, MA Batukarut kapasitas 150 lt/dt. Rencana sistem distribusi terdiri dari 3 yaitu alternatif 1 dengan sistem 5 reservoir (4 reservoir eksisting, dan 1 reservoir perencanaan) dengan mengunakan fjp 1,11 dan alaternatif 2 dengan sistem 6 reservoir (4 reservoir eksisting, dan 2 reservoir perencanaan) dengan mengunakan fjp 1,11 adapun alternatif 3 dengan sistem 5 reservoir (4 reservoir eksisting, dan 1 reservoir perencanaan) menggunakan fjp 1,7. Dari alternatif tersebut yang terpilih adalah alternatif3yaitu menggunakan fjp 1,7; karena fjp 1,7 lebih baik dibandingkan dengan alternatif lainnya dan kebutuhan investasi tidak terlalu mahal dibandingkan dengan alternatif 1. Pipa distribusi menggunakan pipa PVC dengan panjang mencapai 54.619 meter.Biaya investasi per km panjang pipa sebesar Rp. 3.418.794,000. Dan biaya per sambungan rumah sebesar Rp. 825.000,000.
D Development of water supply distribution mains in the planning area PDAM Tirta Bumi Wibawa, Sukabumi city services 7 districts with a total population of 336 450 inhabitants existing in 2014. Currently the population of the town of Sukabumi served by 4 is Cisaat reservoir with capacity of 500 m3, Bayangkara reservoir with capacity 1000 m3, Sukaraja reservoir with capacity of 2,000 m3 , Cisarua reservoir capacity of 500 m3.This plan consists of three stages: Stage I (short term) up to 2020, phase II (medium term) until 2025 , and phase III (long-term) by the year 2035. Coverage of the existing condition of 35.38 % (199.025 inhabitants), while the development plan coverage of the first phase of 49% (181.482 inhabitants), stage II by 68 % (260.689 inhabitants), and in stage III of 85% (349.312 inhabitants). Water sources used for this development plan is derived from two River is a river Cigunung with a capacity of 400 liters/second and the river Ciparay with a capacity of 300 liters/second and then fourth springs namely MA Cigadog its capacity of 50 liters/second, MA Pulosari capacity of 30 liters/second , MA Selabintana capacity of 10 liters/second, MA Batukarut capacity of 150 liters/second. Plan distribution system consists of 1 to 3 which is an alternative system of five reservoirs with FJP 1.11 and alaternatif 2 to 6 reservoir system using the FJP 1.11 while the third alternative to the system reservoir 5 using 1.7 FJP . Of these alternatives is chosen is the third alternative is because the FJP 1.7 is better than the alternative and investment needs are not too expensive compared to the alternatives 1. The distribution pipes using PVC pipe with a length of 54.619 meters. The total budget cost of investment in development planning was elected in PDAM Tirta Bumi Wibawa Rp. 121.295.384 which includes the construction of reservoirs, pipelines and its accessories distribution, and installation of water transmission pipeline and its accessories. Cost phasing divided into three stages: the first stage of Rp.30.339.573.890; Phase II of Rp.36.302.022.000; and stage III of Rp.53.606.249.000.The investment costperkmlongpipelineRp. 3,418,794.000. And the costperhome connectionRp. 825,000.000.
