Abstract

P PT. ACTEM (Acryl Textile Mills) merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang tekstil. Selama ini, PT. ACTEM sudah memiliki lima supplier tetap dan luar negeri yang menjalin kerja sama dengan perusahaan dalam memenuhi persediaan kapas. Adapun tujuan dan penelitian ini adalah memberikan usulan alokasi pembelian kapas secara optimal di PT. ACTEM. Berdasarkan pengolahan data yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan Linear Goal Programming diperoleh alokasi pembelian kapas yang diusulkan kepada PT. ACTEM yaitu Acrylic Staple Fiber dibeli pada supplier Toray International, Inc dengan pesanan sebesar 1 ton, Sudamericana de Fibras S.A dengan pesanan sebesar 30 ton, Thai Acrylic Fiber dengan pesanan sebesar 50 ton, dan Katohmasa dengan pesanan sebesar 50 ton. Acrylic Cotton Yarn dibeli pada supplier Toray International, Inc dengan pesanan sebesar 34 ton, Sudamericana de Fibras S.A dengan pesanan sebesar 20 ton, Thai Acrylic Fiber dengan pesanan sebesar 40 ton, dan Katohmasa dengan pesanan sebesar 45 ton. Wool Top dibeli pada supplier Toray International, Inc dengan pesanan sebesar. 5 ton, Sudamericana de Fibras S.A d ngan pesanan sebesar 40 ton, Thai Acrylic Fiber dengan pesanan sebesar 40 ton, d Katohmasa dengan pesanan sebesar 50 ton. Pengalokasian pembelian kapas ter but dilakukan berdasarkan bobot kriteria yang dimiliki oleh supplier. Adapun limt kriteria beserta bobotnya yaitu kualitas (0.448), biaaya (0.25) , pengiriman 0.165 p ayianan (0.74), dan pembayaran (0.63). Tujuh belas subkriteria beserta ya aitu serat yang halus (0.431), tidak memiliki kecacatan (0.313), sangat baik menyerap zat pewarna zat tekstil (0.127), permukaan serat lembut (0.77), kualitas packing baik (0.53), kesepuaian harga kapas (0.647), persentase diskon yang diberikan (0.232), biaya pengiriman (0.12) ketepatan jumlah barang yang dikirim (0.544), ketepatan pengiriman (0.544), ketetapan pengiriman pengiriman (0.294), jangka waktu pengiriman (0.162) Responsiveness (0.236), komunikasi (0.423), kesan kepada supplier (0.188), layanan komplain (0.153), kemudahan dalam pembayaran (0.78), jangka waktu pembayaran (0.22).

ACTEM already has five permanent and overseas suppliers who cooperate with the company in fulfilling the supply of cotton. The purpose and this research is to give proposal of allocation of optimal cotton purchasing at PT. ACTEM. Based on the data processing done with Linear Goal Programming approach obtained the allocation of proposed cotton purchase to PT. ACTEM is Acrylic Staple Fiber purchased at Toray International, Inc. with 1 ton order, Sudamericana de Fibras S.A with 30 ton order, Thai Acrylic Fiber with order of 50 ton, and Katohmasa with 50 ton order. Acrylic Cotton Yarn is purchased from Toray International, Inc. with orders of 34 tons, Sudamericana de Fibras S.A with orders of 20 tons, Thai Acrylic Fiber with orders of 40 tons, and Katohmasa with orders of 45 tons. Wool Top was purchased at Toray International, Inc. with orders for. 5 tons, Sudamericana de Fibras S.A with orders of 40 tons, Thai Acrylic Fiber with orders of 40 tons, d Katohmasa with orders of 50 tons. The allocation of the purchase of cotton is done based on the criteria of the supplier. The limt criteria and its weights are quality (0.448), cost (0.25), 0.165 piance (0.74), and payment (0.63).
