M Masalah yang timbul dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Ethical Leadership terhadap Job Satisfaction melalui Employee Customer Orientation pada Karyawan Carrefour Di Jakarta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis ethical leadership pada karyawan Carrefour di Jakarta, untuk menganalisis job satisfaction pada karyawan Carrefour di Jakarta, untuk menganalisis Employee Customer Orientation pada karyawan Carrefour di Jakarta, dan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Ethical Leadership terhadap Job Satisfaction dimediasi oleh Employee Customer Orientation pada karyawan Carrefour di Jakarta. Metodologi penelitian difokuskan pada karyawan Carrefour Di Jakarta.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei kuesioner. Kuesioner didistribusikan kepada karyawan. Hasil dan kontribusi penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ethical Leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Customer Orientation, Employee Customer Orientation berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Satisfaction, Ethical Leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Satisfaction, dan Ethical Leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Satisfaction yang dimediasi oleh Employee Customer Orientation.

T The objectives of this research was analyzed ethical leadership on Carrefour employee’s, was analyzed employe customer orientation on Carrefour employee’s, was analyzed job satisfaction on Carrefour employee’s, and was analyzed investigates the effect of ethical leadership on job satisfaction mediated with employee customer orientation of Carrefour employee’s. The Methodology of this research was focused on employees of Carrefour which located in Jakarta. This study undertakes an empirical study by means of the questionnaire survey method. The questionnaires were randomly distributed on employee’s. Finding and contribution in this research was examined the effect of positively Ethical Leadership on Employee Customer Orientation, the effect of positively Employee Customer Orientation on Job Satisfaction, the effect of positively Ethical Leadership on Job Satisfaction, dan the effect of positively Ethical Leadership on Job Satisfaction which mediated with Employee Customer Orientation.
