Abstract

K Kemajuan dan perkembangan suatu perusahaan tidaklah lepas dari bagaimana perusahaan tersebut dapat memuaskan pelanggann ya. Dalam hal ini, saluran distribusi merupakan saluran yang sangat penting dalam menyalurkan produk jadi. Oleh karena itu, PT. AnekaCipta Sealindo atau PT. ACS sebagai perusahaan yang memproduksi Sealing System mencoba untuk selalu memenuhi permintaan konsumen khususnya dalam hal ini distribusi. Namun terdapat keluhan dari para distributor yang merasa lambatnya distribusi akibat nonÂ standarsized seal, sehingga permintaan tersebut kadang-kadang tidak dapat dipenuhi. Selain itu permintaan kadang-kadang terganggu karena kurang akurasinya spesifikasi teknis yang disebabkan ausnya komponen mesin sehingga menyebabkan seal tidak sesuai dengan ukuran yang standar. Oleh karena itu produksi harus diulang sesuai dengan ukuran yang diminta oleh distributor/pelanggan . Hal ini mengakibatkan terganggunya j adwal pengiriman .Oleh karena itu diadakanlah penelitian pada PT. ACS, pertama dilakukan peramalan permintaan pada seal je nis \"VIAS \" ukuran 140xl70xl5 mm. karena produk ini merupakan produk dengan ukuran standar sehingga produk ini adalah produk yang paling sering dipesan. Peramal an dilakukan dengan metode Single Moving Average 2x2-4x4, Double Afoving Average 2x2-4x4, Single Exponential Smoothing a.=0. l-0.9, dan Double Exponential Smoothing a.=0.1-0.9 . Penelitian dilakukan pada distributor-distributor, yaitu PT. Indopura (Medan) PT. Pulau Hijau Muda (Palembang), dan NG. Sembiring Putra (Semarang) serta penjualan langsung pada penyalur pusat (PT. ACS sendiri). Langkah selanjutnya dilakukan perhitungan EOQ. Tahap berikutnya dilakukan penelitian perawatan mesin pada periode Juni 2004-Juli 2005 dan perhitungan Distribusi Resource Planning (DRP).Setelah dilakukan pengolahan data didapatlah peramalan terbaik , pada PT. Indopura , PT. Pulau Hijau Muda dan penjualan langsung dengan metode SMA 2x2 dan NG. Sembiring Putra dengan rnetode DES 0.2. Selanjutnya didapat EOQ, On Hand Balance dan Lead timedalam minggu untuk PT. Indopura (On Hand Balance = 172 , Lead Time = 1, E OQ = 54 ),PT. Pulau Hijau Muda (On Hand Balance = 168 , Lead Time = 1 , E OQ = 60 ), NG. Sernbiring Putra (On Hand Balance = 159,Lead Time= 1 , EOQ = 58 ), penjualan langsung (On Hand Balance = 180 , Lead Time = 1 , EOQ = 53 ). Disini PT. ACS telah mempunyai persediaansebanyak 1113 unit, apabila terjadi kekurangan maka akan diproduksi kembali sebanyak 457 dengan lead time sebesar 1. Biaya warehouse PT. ACS sebesar Rp. 1022650. Biaya pengiriman ke PT. Indopura Rp . 5950/unit, ke PT. Pulau Hijau Muda Rp.5600/unit, dan ke CV. NG Sembiring Putra Rp. 4200/unit. Untuk penjualan langsung biaya pengiriman Rp.O karena pihak konsumenlah yang langsung mengambil sendiri seal tersebut.Untuk perawatan mesin didapat hasil perawatan tanpa dan dengan perawatan pencegahan . Seperti pada jam 288, tingkat keandalan tanpa perawatan adalah 0.05262 sedangkan dengan perawatan sebesar 1. Hal ini rnenunjukkan bahwa usulan dengan perawatan pencegahan lebih baik dibanding dengan tanpa perawatan pencegahan.

T The advance and development of the company are not loose from how the company can satisfy the customers. In this case, the distribution channel is a channel is a channel which is very important in roofing of finished goods. So that, PT. AnekaCipta Sealindo or PT. ACS as a company which produced Sealing System, try to always fulfill the customer\'s demand, especially in this case is the distribution . However there are complains from the distributors who feel that the distribution is slow because of non-standarsized seal, so that the demand sometimes can\'t be fulfilled . Besides that, the demand is sometimes disturbed because less of technical accuration spesification which caused by the worn of machine component, so that cause the seal no fit in with the standard size. Because of that, the production have to be reproduced as well as the size which asked by the customers. This case cause the delivery schedule is disturbed.Because of that the research is done in PT. ACS, first forecast of demand in \"VIAS\" seal which size 140xl70xl 5 mm is done because the product has standard size, so that the product is the most wanted . The forecasting is done by Single Moving Average 2x2-4x4, Double Moving Average 2x2-4x4, Single Exponential Smoothing a.=0.1-0.9, and Double Exponential Smoothing a=0.1-0.9. the research which is done by the distributors are : PT. Indopura (Medan) PT . Pulau Hijau Muda (Palembang), NG. Sembiring Putra (Semarang) and the direct sale to the main distributor (PT. ACS). The next step is Economic Order Quantity or EOQ calculation . Continued by the research of the machine maintenance in June 2004 - July 2005 . After that, continued to the Distribusi Resource Planning (DRP).After So the best forecasting is obtained for PT. Indopura, PT. Pulau Hijau Muda anddi rect sales with SMA 2x2 method and NG. Sembiring Putra with DES 0.2 method. After that On Hand Balance, Lead Time (in week) and EOQ are acquired . They are PT. Indopura (On Hand Balance = 172 , Lead Time= 1, EOQ = 54 ), PT. Pulau Hijau Muda (On Hand Balance= 168, Lead Time= 1 , EOQ = 60 ), NG. Sembiring Putra (On Hand Balance= 159, LeadTime = 1 , EOQ = 58 ) and here PT . ACS has had inventory 1113, and if the lack of inventory is happened . So it will be reproduced 457 with lead time 1 week . The cost of warehouse of PT. ACS Rp. 1022650. and the transportation or delivery cost to PT. Indopura Rp. 5950/unit, toPT. Pul au Hijau Muda Rp. 5600/unit, CV.NG. Sembiring Putra Rp . 4200/unit For direct sale delivery cost is Rp. 0, because the consument take the seal themselves .For the machine maintenance obtained the result of the maintenance with or without preventive maintenance can be seen at 288 hours, level of reliability without preventive maintenance is 0.05262. but with preventive maintenance is 1. this case shows that the suggestion with preventive maintenance is better than without preventive maintenance .
