P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh leadership style dan compensation terhadap employee performance yang dimediasi oleh employee engagement pada karyawan anak perusahaan PT Taspen dan PT Bank Mandiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dari 164 karyawan yang bekerja di anak perusahaan PT Taspen dan PT Bank Mandiri dengan metode pengambilan sampel ialah Non Probability Sampling dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Dalam pengambilan data penelitian ini melalui kuisioner Google Form. Pengolahan data penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0 dan menggunakan SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara leadership style terhadap employee performance, terdapat pengaruh positif antara leadership style terhadap employee engagement, terdapat pengaruh positif antara compensation terhadap employee performance, terdapat pengaruh positif antara compensation terhadap employee engagement, terdapat pengaruh positif antara employee engagement terhadap employee performance, terdapat pengaruh positif antara leadership terhadap employee performance yang dimediasi oleh employee engagement, dan terdapat pengaruh positif antara compensation terhadap employee performance yang dimediasi oleh employee engagement. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diharapkan dapat menambah implikasi penting bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan employee performance nya terhadap perusahaan.

T This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and compensation on employee performance which is mediated by employee engagement in employees of PT Taspen and PT Bank Mandiri subsidiaries. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data was collected from 164 employees who work at subsidiaries of PT Taspen and PT Bank Mandiri using the sampling method, namely Non Probability Sampling with Purposive Sampling technique. This research data was collected through a Google Form questionnaire. Processing research data using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis using SmartPLS 3.0 software and using SPSS version 22. The results of this research show that there is a positive influence between leadership style on employee performance, there is a positive influence between leadership style on employee engagement, there is an influence there is a positive influence between compensation on employee performance, there is a positive influence between compensation on employee engagement, there is a positive influence between employee engagement on employee performance, there is a positive influence between leadership on employee performance which is mediated by employee engagement, and there is a positive influence between compensation on employee performance which is mediated by employee engagement. It is hoped that the results of the research carried out will add important implications for companies to improve employee performance for the company.
