U Urgensi mengkonsumsi makanan halal, hasilnya menyatakan bahwa mengkonsumsi makanan halal merupakan hal yang penting bagi konsumen muslim yaitu sebanyak 72,5%. Salah satu hal yang diatur dalam Islam adalah menyangkut makanan dan minuman karena hal tersebut merupakan hal yang setiap hari sangat penting bagi manusiaPada penelitian ini alat analisis data yang akan digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang dijalankan dengan program SmartPLSTerdapat pengaruh positif Halal Preference terhadap Brand Image Halal, Terdapat pengaruh positif Service Quality terhadap Brand Image Halal, Tidak terdapat pengaruh positif Health Awerness terhadap Brand Image Halal, Tidak terdapat pengaruh positif religiosity terhadap Brand Image Halal, Terdapat pengaruh positif Brand Image Halal terhadap Revisit Intention Penelitian dilakukan di industry selain industri kopi, Penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan di luar Jakarta

T The Importance of Consuming Halal Food: The results indicate that consuming halal food is crucial for Muslim consumers, accounting for 72.5% of the respondents. One of the key aspects regulated in Islam pertains to food and beverages, as they play a vital role in the daily life of humans. For this research, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) will be employed as the data analysis tool, executed using the SmartPLS program.There is a positive influence of Halal Preference on Brand Image Halal.There is a positive influence of Service Quality on Brand Image Halal, There is no significant positive influence of Health Awareness on Brand Image Halal, There is no significant positive influence of Religiosity on Brand Image Halal, There is a positive influence of Brand Image Halal on Revisit Intention.The research was conducted in industries other than the coffee industry, and the distribution of questionnaires took place outside of Jakarta.
