P Penelitian ini bertujuan unutuk menganalisis pengaruh authentic leadership, terhadap job satisfaction yang dimediasi oleh performance measurementparticipation. Penelitian ini sendiri dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan membagikan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengujian hypothesis testing. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan software SPSS 25. Data dalam penelitian dikumpulkan dari 160 karyawan di PT ISS Indonesia dari divisi operasional yang berada di 2 area yang berbeda yaitu Bandung dan Tangerang Selatan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil dari uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh authentic leadership terhadap job satisfaction, terdapat pengaruh authentic leadership terhadap performance measurement participation, terdapat pengaruh performance measurement participationterhadap job satisfaction, terdapat pengaruh authethentic leadership terhadap job satisfactionyang dimediasi oleh performance measurement participation. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan ini diharapkan dapat menambah masukan bagi para atasan agar memperhatikan gaya kepemimpinan mereka ditempat kerja sehingga terjadinya interaksi positif dan saling mendukung dan membantu antar satu karyawan dengan karyawan lainnya. Perusahaan bisa mengadakan kegiatan yang bisa menunjang terbentuknya gaya kepemimpinan para atasan sehingga performance measurement participation bisa berjalan dengan baik dan job satisfaction karyawan meningkat

T This study aims to analyze the effect of authentic leadership on job satisfaction which is mediated by performance measurement participation. This research itself was carried out quantitatively by distributing questionnaires. This study uses the hypothesis testing method. Hypothesis testing used multiple regression analysis with SPSS 25 software. The data in this study were collected from 160 employees at PT ISS Indonesia from operational divisions located in 2 different areas, namely Bandung and South Tangerang, using a purposive sampling method. The results of the hypothesis testing show that there is an effect of Authentic Leadership on Job Satisfaction, there is an effect of Authentic Leadership on Performance Measurement Participation, there is an effect of Performance Measurement participation on Job Satisfaction, there is an effect of Authentic Leadership on Job Satisfaction mediated by Performance Measurement Participation. From the results of the research that has been carried out, it is hoped that it can add input for superiors to pay attention to their leadership style in the workplace so that positive relationships and mutual support and help between one employee and another employee occur. Companies can hold activities that can support the formation of the leadership style of superiors so that performance measurement participation can run well and employee job satisfaction increases.
