Abstract

S Sistem pendingin udara adalah salah satu elemen penting pada mobil. Karena dengankehadirannya dapat meningkatkan kenyamanan kabin dalam berkendara dengan dapatmengatur suhu ruangan sesuai keinginan pengemudi. Namun tidak jarang ACmenjadi tidak dingin disebabkan oleh beberapa hal, diantaranya adalah kebocoranrefrigerant. Kebocoran refrigerant dapat terjadi dimana saja di sepanjang aliranrefrigerant sistem pendingin udara, namun kasus kebocoran yang tinggi ditemukanpada kondensor. Dan apabila terjadi kebocoran pada kondensor maka perlu dilakukanpenggantian kondensor secara keseluruhan. Hal tersebut membutuhkan biaya yangtidak sedikit. Maka dari itu untuk menghindari hal seperti itu terjadi, dalam penulisanskripsi ini penulis akan menganalisa kebocoran refrigerant pada kondensor AC mobil.Sehingga dapat ditentukan metode preventif yang sesuai agar angka kasus kebocoranpada kondensor mobil dapat dikurangi.

A Air conditioning system is one of most important system in a car, because theexistence of air conditioning system can increase the comfort level of the cabin fordriving because the cabin temperature can be adjusted to the temperature driverâ€™swanted to be. However, it is not uncommon for the air conditioner to not able to coolthe cabin due to several things, one of the cause is refrigerant leakage. Refrigerantleaks can occur anywhere along the refrigerant flow of the air conditioning system,but high leakage cases are found in the condenser. And if there is a leak in thecondenser, it is necessary to replace the entire condenser. This requires no smallamount of money. Therefore, to avoid such things from happening, in writing thisthesis the author will analyze the refrigerant leak in the car air conditioner condenser.So that appropriate preventive methods can be determined so that the number of leaksin the car condenser can be reduced.
