P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh affective organizationalcommitment terhadap job satisfaction yang dimoderasi oleh organizational culture.Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalahaffective organizationalcommitment,variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalahjob satisfaction. Danvariabel moderasi adalah organizational culture yang terdiri dari supportive culture,bureaucratic culture dan innovative culture.Metode pengumpulan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahnon-probability sampling dan pengambilan sampelmenggunakan teknik purposivesampling denganmenggunakanalatStructural Equation Modeling(SEM).Kriteriapemilihan yang sesuai dengan penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT BerdikariPondasi Perkasa di Jakartadenganjumlahsampelsebanyak 235 responden.Affective organizational commitmentberpengaruh negatif terhadap jobsatisfaction dengan nilai estimasi -0,477, affective organizational commitmentberpengaruh positifterhadap job satisfaction yang dimoderasiolehsupportive culture dengan nilai estimasi sebesar0,127, affective organizational commitmentberpengaruh negatifterhadap job satisfaction yang dimoderasiolehinnovative culture dengan nilai estimasi sebesar -0,174, affective organizational commitmentberpengaruh negative terhadap job satisfaction yang dimoderasiolehbureaucraticculture dengan nilai estimasi sebesar -0,093.Implikasi manajerial yang dapat diberikan agar perusahaan dapat meningkatkan organizational culture, affective organizational commitment danjob satisfaction.

T This study aims to determine the effect of affective organizational commitment on job satisfaction which is moderated by organizational culture. The independent variable in this study is affective organizational commitment, the dependent variable in this study is job satisfaction. And the moderating variable is an organizational culture consisting of supportive culture, bureaucratic culture and innovative culture.The sample collection method used in this research is non-probability sampling and sampling using purposive sampling technique using StructuralEquation Modeling (SEM). Selection criteria that are in accordance with this studyare employees at PT Berdikari Pondasi Perkasa in Jakarta with a total sample of 235 respondents.Affective organizational commitment negatively affects job satisfaction withan estimated value of -0.477, affective organizational commitment has a positiveeffect on job satisfaction which is moderated by supportive culture with an estimated value of 0.127, affective organizational commitment negatively affects jobsatisfaction which is moderated by innovative culture with an estimated value of -0,174, affective organizational commitment has a negative effect on job satisfactionwhich is moderated by a bureaucratic culture with an estimated value of -0.093Managerial implications that can be given so that the company can improveorganizational culture, affective organizational commitment and job satisfaction
