Pengaruh job satisfaction terhadap job invelovement, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behaviour pada karyawan di PT. Toyopack Prima Mandiri di Jakarta
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengukur pengaruh Jobsatisfaction, Job involvement, Organizatial commitment, Organizational citizenshipbehaviour di PT. Toyopack Prima mandiri di Jakarta. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Job satisfaction, sedangkan variabel dipenden dalam penelitian ini adalah job involvement, Organizational commitment, Organizational citizenship behaviour. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 120 karyawan. Rancangan penelitian penelitian yang digunakan adalah hypothesis testing dengan Simple Regression sebagai alat analisisnya.Hasil temuannya adalah Job satisfaction berpengaruh terhadap Job involvement dengan nilai estimasi sebesar 0.736, Job satisfaction berpengaruh terhadap Organizational commitment dengan nilai estimasi sebesar 0.709, Jobsatisfaction berpengaruh terhadap Organizational citizenship behaviour dengan nilai estimasi sebesar 0.782. Saran untuk penelitian lanjut agar menambahkan beberapa variabel dan penelitian dilakukan di sektor jasa lainnya.
T This study aims to analyze and measure the effect of Job satisfaction, Job involvement, Organizational commitment, Organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Toyopack Prima Mandiri in Jakarta. The independent variable in this study was Job satisfaction, while the dependent variable in this study was Job involvement,organizational commitment, Organizational citizenship behavior. The sampling technique in this study was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 120 employees.The research design used was hypothesis testing with simple Regression as an analysis tool. The findings are that Job Satisfaction affects job Involvement with an estimated value of 0.736, Job satisfaction affects the Organizational commitment with an estimated value of 0.709, Job satisfaction affects the Organizational citizenship behavior with an estimated value of 0.782. Suggestions for further research to add some variables and research carried out in other service sectors.
