D Dalam tugas akhir ini dibuat program PLC guna mengendalikan handling station sebagai salah satu stasiun pada MPS, yang akan dikendalikan menggunakan PLC (Pneumatic Logic Controller) dengan menggunak an bah asa ladderStasiun pertama berfungsi untuk memindahhan apron ke konveyor dan Rodless Station berfungsi untuk memind ahkan benda ke dalam apron yang berada di konveyor.Stasiun pemindah ini terdiri atas silinder pendoron g dan pengangkat besertavacuum, rodless penggeser, motor konveyor , PLC, katup, sensor, dan kompresor.Dari hasil penelitian program dapat berjalan baik pada stasiun feedingStasiun pemindah ini dirancang sebagai salah satu alat pelatihan akademis untuk menambah wawasan operator dalam sistem otomasi. Proses produksi akan lebih efisien dengan adanya sistem otomasi ini.

I In this final project, a PLC program is created to control the handling station as one of the stations in MPS, which will be controlled using a PLC (Pneumatic Logic Controller) using ladder parts.The first station functions to move the apron to the conveyor and the Rodless Station functions to move objects into the apron that is on the conveyor.This transfer station consists of a cylindrical pendoron and lifting togethervacuum, rodless shifters, conveyor motors, PLCs, valves, sensors and compressors.From the results of research the program can run well at the feeding stationThis transfer station is designed as an academic training tool to broaden operator insights into the automation system. The production process will be more efficient with this automation system.
