T Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis knowledge acquisition,knowledge sharing, knowledge creation, knowledge codification, knowledgeretention dan job satisfication pada karyawan Divisi Human Resources Department(HRD) PT Bakrie Metal Industries yang berlokasi di Jakarta, dan untuk menganalisispengaruh knowledge management terhadap job satisfaction pada karyawan HumanResources Department (HRD) yang berlokasi di Jakarta.Data dikumpulkan dari seratus karyawan divisi human resources department(HRD) yang berlokasi di Jakarta yang berpartisipasi di dalam penelitian ini. Metodeteknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah sensus.Hasil menjelaskan bahwa knowledge acquisition berpengaruh positif terhadapjob satisfaction ditunjukkan dengan nilai beta diperoleh sebesar 0,142 dan nilaisignifikan sebesar 0,012, knowledge sharing berpengaruh positif terhadap jobsatisfaction ditunjukkan dengan nilai beta diperoleh sebesar 0,064 dan nilaisignifikan sebesar 0,105, knowledge creation berpengaruh positif terhadap jobsatisfaction ditunjukkan dengan nilai beta diperoleh sebesar 0,108 dan nilaisignifikan sebesar 0,010, knowledge codification berpengaruh positif terhadap jobsatisfaction.ditunjukkan dengan nilai beta diperoleh sebesar 0,168 dan nilaisignifikan sebesar 0,005, dan knowledge retention berpengaruh positif terhadap jobsatisfaction ditunjukkan dengan nilai beta diperoleh sebesar 0,186 dan nilaisignifikan sebesar 0,145. Implikasi praktis menjelaskan bahwa knowledge management dapat digunakan dalam strategi organisasi untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan, pengetahuan, pengembangan diri dan kepuasan karyawan.

T The purposes of this study were to analyze the knowledge acquisition,knowledge sharing, knowledge creation, knowledge codification, knowledgeretention, and job satisfaction on Human Resources Department (HRD) Division PTBakrie Metal Industries, located in Jakarta, and to analyze the effects of knowledgemanagement against job satisfaction to the employees of Human ResourcesDepartment (HRD) Division based in Jakarta.Data were collected from a hundred employees of the Human ResourcesDepartment (HRD) located in Jakarta who participated in this study. Methods ofdata collection techniques used were the census.The results explain that knowledge acquisition positively effect on jobsatisfaction is indicated by the beta value obtained 0.142 and significant value of0.012, knowledge sharing positively effect on job satisfaction indicated by the betavalue obtained was 0.064 and significant value of 0.105, knowledge creationpositively effect on job satisfaction indicated by the beta value obtained was 0.108and significant value of 0.010, knowledge codification positively effect on jobsatisfaction is indicated by the beta value obtained was 0.168 and significant valueof 0.005, and knowledge retention positively effect on job satisfaction is indicated by the beta value obtained was 0.186 and the value significant 0,145.The practical implication examine that job rotation can be used in theorganizational strategy for improving the employee’s skills, knowledge and attitudeand self-development.
