Abstract

S Sistem pemesanan digital pada restoran memanfaatkan perangkat berbasis sistem operasi android dengan layanan Google Cloud Messaging (GCM) sebagai komponen komunikasi utama antara client dan server serta pembuatan basis data yang terkait. Dengan sistem yang terintegrasi antar perangkat pelanggan dengan server pada restoran dengan dibantu layanan GCM diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi permasalahan yang ada, yaitu kemudahan akses pemesanan menu, lama waktu tunggu makanan dan minuman dalam restoran, serta antrian yang tetjadi pada restoran. Selain itu juga dengan pembuatan aplikasi pemesanan menu berbasis android dapat memberikan kemudahan aik pihak pelanggan maupun manajemen restoran.

D Digital ordering system at a restaurant utilized by android operating system with Google Cloud Messaging (GCM) as the main component of the communication between the client and server as well as the manufacture of the associated database. An integrated system from server to the customer device with assisted service from GCM is expected to provide solutions the problems that exist, for example accessing booking menu, waiting period of food and beverages in a restaurant, and queues that occur at the restaurant. In addition to the manufacture of Android-based menu ordering application is expected to provide both ease of management on the part of the customer and the restaurant.
