P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Ethical Leadership dan Green Human Resource Management terhadap Employee Green Behavior. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode uji hipotesis, yang bertujuan untuk menguji ada tidaknya pengaruh antara variabel menggunakan Analisa Regresi Berganda dibantu program SPSS 25. Data dikumpulkan 130 karyawan yang bekerja di Perusahaan Industri Manufaktur yang diambil menggunakan non probabilitiy sampling dengan metode purposive sampling.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan terdapat pengaruh Ethical Leadership terhadap Employee Green Behavior, kemudian terdapat pengaruh Green Human Resource Management terhadap Employee Green Behavior. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya dari hasil penelitian ini disarankan untuk pemimpin dengan gaya Ethical Leadership diharapkan pemimpin agar lebih bisa memberikan contoh kepada karyawannya dalam melakukan hal-hal baik yang harus dilakukan dalam segi etika, demi menciptakan lingkungan kerja adil, disiplin dan lingkungan kerja yang nyaman.

T This study aimed to analyze the impact of Ethical Leadership and Green Human Resource Management on Employee Green Behavior. The research design used was the hypothesis testing method, which aimed to test whether there is the influence between the research variable using Multiple Regression Analysis with SPSS 25, Data were collected from 130 employees who worked at Manufacturing Industry Companies. The data collection technique used in this study was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method.The result of hypothesis testing in this study indicated that there was the influence of Ethical Leadership on Employee Green Behavior, as well as the influence Green Human Resource Management on Employee Green Behavior. For the next research from the results of this study, it is recommended for leaders with the Ethical Leadership style, it’s hoped that leaders will be able to provide more examples to their employees in doing good things that must be done in terms of ethics, in order to create a fair, disciplined and comfortable work environment.
