P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara empiris pengaruh Human Resource Management Practice terhadap Knowledge Management. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Amqual Global Logistics. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang didistribusikan kepada karyawanPT. Amqual Global Logistics yang bergerak pada bidang ekspedisi pengiriman barang expor impor melalui darat, udara dan laut, terdiri dari direktur, generalmanager, sales, business development manager, accounting dan operational. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, (1) Pengaruh Human Resource Management Practice terhadap Knowledge Management didukung dengan nilai yangsignifikan, (2) Mendeskripsikan penerapan Human Resource Management Practice dan Knowledge Management dalam perusahaan ini.
T This study aims to analyze empirically the effect of Human Resource ManagementPractice on Knowledge Management. This research was conducted at PT. AmqualGlobal Logistics.Data collection uses questionnaires distributed to employees of PT. Amqual GlobalLogistics, which is engaged in the expedition of shipping export goods by land, airand sea, consists of directors, general managers, sales, business developmentmanagers, accounting and operations. The data analysis method used is simple linearregression analysis.The results of this study indicate that, (1) The effect of Human ResourceManagement Practice on Knowledge Management is supported by significant value,(2) Describe the application of Human Resource Management Practice andKnowledge Management in this company.
