Faktor - faktor yang mempengaruhi intention to stay karyawan e-commerce di jakarta pusat
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Protégé CareerOptimism dan Person Organisation Fit terhadap Intention to Stay yang di mediasi olehOrganizational Commitment. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatankuantitatif dan metode survei dengan mengambil sampel dari karyawan di beberapaElectronic Commerce (e-commerce) yang ada di Jakarta Pusat. Rancangan padapenelitian ini dilaksanakan melalui penggunaan uji hipotesis (hypothesis testing).Pengumpulan data berlangsung secara cross sectional. Data yang bersifat data primerdan dihimpun dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui g-form yang diisi oleh 230karyawan e-commerce di Jakarta Pusat. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakanSnowball Sampling Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan yakni pengujianinstrumen seperti uji validitas dan reabilitas serta structural equation modeling (SEM)dan uji statistic deskripif dengan menggunakan SPSS dan AMOS. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa Protégé Career Optimism dan Person Organisation Fit yang dimediasi oleh Organizational Commitment secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadapIntention to Stay. Dari penelitian ini, diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikanpengaruh bagi perusahaan kedepannya guna meningkatkan Protégé Career Optimism,Person Organisation Fit, Organizational Commitment, dan Intention to Stay parakaryawan.
T This study aims to analyze the effect of Protégé Career Optimism and PersonOrganisation Fit on Intention to Stay which is mediated by OrganizationalCommitment. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach and surveymethod by taking samples from employees in several Electronic Commerce (ecommerce)in Central Jakarta. The design in this study was carried out through theuse of hypothesis testing. Data collection took place cross sectionally. Data is primarydata and was collected by distributing questionnaires via g-form filled out by 230 ecommerceemployees in Central Jakarta. The data processing technique used isinstrument testing such as validity and reliability tests and structural equationmodeling (SEM) and descriptive statistical tests using SPSS and AMOS. The resultsshowed that Protégé Career Optimism and Person Organisation Fit mediated byOrganizational Commitment significantly affect Intention to Stay. From this research,it is hoped that this research can have an influence on future companies in order toincrease Protégé Career Optimism, Person Organisation Fit, OrganizationalCommitment, and Intention to Stay of employees.
