P Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh positif Green Human Resources Management, Pro-Environmental Behavior, Green Innovation dan Environmental Commitment terhadap Environmental Performance pada karyawanperusahaan perlengkapan rumah tanggadi Jakarta Barat dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan regresi linear berganda. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online melalui media google formdengan sampelsebanyak 170 orang denganteknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Hasil Penelitian ini didukung dengan penelitian sebelumnya yang menunjukkan Green Human Resources Management, Pro-Environmental Behavior, green innovation, dan Environmental Commitmentberpengaruh terhadap Environmental Performance. Implikasi manajerial dalam peneltian ini agar perusahaanmenerapkan sistem perekrutan, seleksi, orientasi, pelatihan, pengembangan serta pemberian reward yang berkaitan dengan lingkungan, dan menerapkan program atau strategi terkait pelestarian lingkungan.

T This study's objective is to analyze the positive influence of Green Human Resources Management, Pro-Environmental Behavior, Green Innovation and Environmental Commitment on Environmental Performance among employees of a household equipment company in West Jakarta using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire that was distributed online through the Google Form media with a sample of 170 people using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study are supported by previous research which shows that Green Human Resources Management, Pro-Environmental Behavior, green innovation, and Environmental Commitment have aneffect on Environmental Performance. The managerial implications in this research are for companies to implement recruitment, selection, orientation, training, development, and reward systems related to the environment, and implementing programs or strategic related to the environment sustainability.
