P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kelincahan rantai pasok terhadap kinerja ekspor dengan mediasi reponsivitas rantai pasok dan inovasi rantai pasok. Metode yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan software AMOS Graphics. Sebanyak 189 responden dikumpulkan dari kuesioner yang disebar kepada karyawan/staff, manajer, dan supervisor divisi rantai pasok, operasi dan produksi pada salah satu perusahaan manufaktur di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif kelincahan rantai pasok terhadap kinerja ekspor, pengaruh positif kelincahan rantai pasok terhadap responsivitas rantai pasok, pengaruh positif kelincahan rantai pasok terhadap inovasi rantai pasok, pengaruh positif responsivitas rantai pasok terhadap kinerja ekspor dan responsivitas rantai pasok mampu memediasi hubungan antara kelincahan rantai pasok dan kinerja ekspor. Tetapi, tidak terdapat pengaruh inovasi rantai pasok terhadap kinerja ekspor dan inovasi rantai pasok tidak mampu memediasi hubungan antara kelincahan rantai pasok dan kinerja ekspor.
T This study aims to analyze the effect of supply chain agility on export performance mediated by supply chain responsiveness and supply chain innovation. The method used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of AMOS Graphics software. A total of 189 respondents were collected from questionnaires distributed to employees/staff, managers and supervisors of the supply chain, operation and production division at one of manufacturing companies in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive effect of supply chain agility on export performance, a positive effect of supply chain agility on supply chain responsiveness, a positive effect of supply chain agility on supply chain innovation, a positive effect of supply chain responsiveness on export performance and supply chain responsiveness is able to mediate the relationship between supply chain agility and export performance. However, there is no effect of supply chain innovation on export performance and supply chain innovation is unable to mediate the relationship between supply chain agility and export performance.
