P Penelitian ini berjudul Perbedaan Persepsi Kalangan Mahasiswa Akuntansi Mengenai Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Pemilihan Karir Seorang Akuntan. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah Financial Rewards, Working Environment, Social Values, dan Advanced Technology Information berpengaruh terhadap pemilihan karir mahasiswa akuntansi sebagai akuntan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Financial Rewards, Working Environment, Social Values, dan Advanced in Technology Information mempengaruhi persepsi mahasiswa akuntansi karir menjadi seorang akuntan. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data primer ini menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa akuntansi di Jabodetabek. Total147 responden. Data diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS Versi 27. Penelitian memperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: Persepsi Mahasiswa Akuntansi Terhadap Financial Rewards, Social Values, dan Advanced Technology Information Berpengaruh Positif Terhadap Pemilihan Karir Sebagai Akuntan. Sedangkan lingkungan kerja tidak tergantung pada pemilihan karir sebagai akuntan.

Research obtainedthe following results: The perception of Accounting Students Against FinancialRewards, Social Values, and Advanced Technology Information Positively AffectCareer Selection as an Accountant. Meanwhile, the work environment is independentof a career selection as an accountant.
