M Motivasi memiliki peranan besar dalam menggerakan manusia untuk mencapai t'tujuan hidup. Motivasi adalah suatu kondisi psikologis (internal states) yang rnenimbulkan, mengarahkan dan mempertahankan tingkah laku tertentu. Perilaku merupakan upaya individu untuk mengatur diri, menyeleksi, dan memanfaatkan maupun menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung aktivitasnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara motivasi dengan pcrilaku guru terhadap kesehatan gigi dan mulut. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Yaspen Tugu Ibu dan SMA Negeri 2 Depok. Data diperoleh dari guru-guru di Sckolah ini dengan menanyakan kuesioner. Kemudian data yang diperoleh

M Motivation has a great contribution in encouraging people to reach their goal. Motivation is a psychological condition (internal states) that generates, directs and maintains a certain behavior. Behavior is an individual's efforts to self-organize, selects, creates, and make use of the environment which supports activities. The purpose of this research was to find any correlation between motivation with behavior of teacher toward dental and oral health. This research was implemented on teacher of Yaspen Tugu Ibu Elementary School and Depok 2 National High School. The data from each school were taken by using questionnares. the data were then processed with a Likert Scale and tested with serial 17.00 computer program, also Pearson's Product Moment correlation test. The first questionnaire were given to 30 respondents and based on the validity motivation test, 22 from 40 statements were valid with value ranging 0.251 to 0.737 and 29 from 40 statements were valid with value ranging 0.270 to 0.719. From the reliability test, a value of alpha (a)= 0.828 for the motivation and the value of alpha (a.)= 0.848 for behavior, it can be concluded that the questionnaire were reliable. Data test were also analized with Pearson correlation on I00 respondents with 22 statements and 29 statements of behavior motivation. Based on the test, found a strong relationship between motivation and behavior teacher of Yaspen Tugu lbuElementary School on oral health with Pearson correlation = 0.63 I. In Depok 2National High School teachers have a strong relationship between teacher motivation and behavior towards oral health with Pearson correlation = 0.707. Based on the correlation test, it can be concluded that there is strong correlations at between motivation and behavior teachers of Yaspen Tugu IbuElementary School and Depok 2 National High School toward dental and oral health with Pearson correlation value = 0.679.
