Pengaruh knowledge management process terhadap job performance melalui knowledge management performance pada karyawan PT. Elshafah Adi Wiguna mandiri di Jakarta
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengukur pengaruh Knowledge Management Process terhadap Job Performance yang dimediasi oleh Knowledge Management Performance. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Knowledge Management Process, variabel intervening dalam penelitian ini adalah Knowledge Management Performance, sedangkan variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah Job Performance. Jumlah karyawan level non manajerial bejumlah 112 orang. Metode penarikan data menggunakan sensus dengan mendistribusikan kuisioner kepada seluruh responden. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah hypothesis testing dengan structural equation model (SEM) sebagai alat analisisnya.Hasil temuannya adalah Knowledge Management Process berpengaruh positif terhadap Knowledge Management Performance dengan nilai estimasi sebesar 1.193, Knowledge Management Performance berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Performance dengan nilai estimasi sebesar 0.452, Knowledge Management Process berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Performance dengan nilai estimasi sebesar 0.467, Knowledge Management Process berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Performance yang dimediasi oleh Knowledge Management Performance nilai estimasi sebesar 0.539.Saran untuk penelitian lebih lanjut agar menambahkan beberapa variabel dan penelitian dilakukan di sektor jasa lainnya.
T This study aims to identify and measure the influence of Knowledge Management Process on Job Performance through Knowledge Management Performance. The independent variables in this study is the Knowledge Management Process, an ntervening variable in this study is the Knowledge Management Performance while the dependent variable in this study is the Job Performance. The number of non managerial employees amounted 112 people. The method by which the data using census by distributing questionnaires to all respondents. The design of the study is hypothesis testing with structural equation modeling (SEM) as a tool of analysis.The findings are the Knowledge Management Process has a positive influence on Knowledge Management Performance with estimated value of 1.193, Knowledge Management Performance has a positive influence on Job Performance with the estimated value of 0.452, Knowledge Management Process has positive effect on Job Performance with the estimated value of 0.467, Knowledge Management Process has positive effect on Job Performance mediated by Knowledge Management Performance with estimated value of 0.539.Suggestions for further research in order to add some variables and research carried out in other service sectors.
